product look repacked and the information on receipt looks like a copy from some else return. item does charge iphone and itouch but confused why the power pack battery does not recharge.

Found luggage, paid for luggage and got tracking number with note saying luggage shipped. Great! Waited and waited. No luggage. Tried tracking number but it is INVALID - not even close as they included alpha items in UPS where they should all be numerical. Called Newegg, waited on hold 45 minutes and asked for help. Spend another 45 mins on phone to get no answers at ALL! I have emailed them 6 times over 8 days with 0 replies! Called luggagepoint, 25 mins on hold another 30 with customer service. They were not able to tell me if luggage even shipped! Said it may may have been delayed due to Hurricane Sandy but they said it shipped 6 days before Sandy made landfall, what a miserable excuse to use for their unethical business practices! Bottom line I am out $399.98 and still do not know if I will have my luggage I bought for a trip I am taking in 6 days! Newegg has a LONG way to go on customer service! I expected a reply and resolution within 2 days max. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Two bargain suitcases. One was fine. The other came in a highly messed up torn box with a LOT of tape covering over the torn large cardboard area. Someone cut into the suitcase shell with some kind of box cutter or knife. It's not water proof ahnd I will be getting duct tape to cover that area.

Got the wrong merchandise delivered. Called multiple times for 3 months and still cant merchandise returned...useless costumer service.

seller never sent me the item and said they would get me a new working tracking number which neve came so american express is investigating them and gave me a refund.

It has been a week and a half with no shipment info avialble from UPS. They never received the luggage. Nor has seller replied.
