Rating + 1 Do Not Buy from Seller

This seller did not deliver the correct amount that I have ordered. Terrible company that does not communicate well and REFUSED to refund my money for the missing item. I bought 8 and only received 7 items. Very disappointed! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
Seller Response:We have explained that according to UPS and our shipping department, they have confirmed that all 8 of your items were indeed sent out.

Rating + 1 Disappointing to say the least

I ordered 5 light bulbs from this seller. They e-mailed and indicated they only had 4 in stock, and gave me the option to cancel the order or receive the 4 bulbs and be reimbursed for the 1 they could not delivered. In hindsight I should have canceled the entire order.

When I received the package, they had only shipped 1 bulb. After waiting some time for a second package, I asked for a refund on the 4 undelivered bulbs. They gave me a refund on only one of the bulbs. When I contacted them about refunding for the remaining 3 undelivered bulbs, I received no response. When I contacted Newegg, and Newegg contacted the seller, they were told that the weight of the shipped package was 3 lbs, and 1 bulb does not weight 3 lbs, so all 5 bulbs were actually shipped according to their records.

Because of the poor customer service (failure to respond) and poor record keeping (don't know how many they actually shipped), I rate this seller as low as possible. I wish I could give zero eggs.

Rating + 1 Shipping is not at Newegg Standards

It took two weeks to get the product. One week to get it out the door and another week in transit. I would think Newegg would put requirements to get the product to the customer nearly the same timeframe as Newegg itself otherwise you will suffer.

The shipping was expensive for the item and it gave no option of standard shipping. Still it was the last thing to get here, after the standard shipping. Other than that, the product was good.

Rating + 2 Kichler 10581WH Direct Wire

The item was supposed to be a 3 way switch, Hi - Med - Off, but it only comes on high and off with no mid level light as do the other lights I have. The electrician tested the fixture before installation and said it would not have a mid level light, and he was right.
Seller Response:Not sure where you saw 3-way switch in our description. It states Hi-Low-Off.

Standard Return Policy
  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 10.00%

    All returns must be authorized and include RMA# provided by us.

    RGA must be requested withing 30 days of arrival.

    Products must be in sellable condition and in the original packaging received (refunds exclude shipping fees).

    Defective products returned within 30 days will be replaced at no cost. We will pay for the shipping expenses on replacement products.

    Non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restock fee. Original shipping will not be refunded, and return shipment costs will be at the buyer's expense.

    Un-Authorized returns are subject to a 40% restock fee and buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

    After 30 days please call the manufacturer for defective returns/warranty coverage.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
