Based on my experience (out $250)... I will never order from "Marketplace" seller from Newegg and I am not likely to order or recommend to friends ordering from Newegg.

Received monitor with bad board.
Company kept telling me to troubleshoot the same way over and over.
They finally admit its a bad board and expect me to replace the board my self if they send it.
I do, expecting a discount.
Monitor works with new board, expect me to send bad board back for a $30 discount.
In total this took about three weeks to get resolved with me doing the labor to fix the monitor and the company is going to give me $30 for my trouble?????? DOA and a major hassle to get anything out of this.

Contacted new egg about the issues, yet to hear a response, making this even worse.

Rating + 1 Poor return policy

Purchased a defective monitor & Newegg making us jump through hoops to return. Have identical monitor that works, yet Newegg implying may have wrong graphics card or not hooked up correctly. Unpacked and made video of blank screen, yet they still want us to hook it up again. Our IT person verified the monitor was no good before even tried to return, yet that doesn't satisfy Newegg. Spent more time already than monitor is worth - it's going in the dumpster. Our company will never buy from Newegg again.

Rating + 1 avoid this seller if you can

The seller sent me a defective monitor. They asked me to open up the monitor to fix, I said no. Then they offered a partial refund, I said no again. I just want a product that works.

Each email exchange took about a day. By the time I finally got my shipping info for the return it had been more than a week.

They said they would email me and send me a refund when they receive the item. It has now been 3 weeks since the tracking information says they received the item - and still no response or refund.

I really like newegg, but they should avoid bad sellers as it does partially make them responsible. Now I have to go through Paypal to get my refund.

Rating + 1 Terrible Service, Unit DOA

Newegg customer for 10+ years, first time I had to write a review like this. Monitor was broken out of the box, DVI port falling into the casing (you couldn't attach a cable to it physically, it would just fall into the monitor housing). Since Newegg wasn't the seller, had to deal with a company in China that won't issue a refund, won't acknowledge that it's just a broken unit. So I'm out the money and time negotiating with the company. They want photos of the unit, I send them photos, they want more, I send more. It's a dead monitor, not very visually exciting. Anyway, don't but this thing because if it's BROKEN OUT OF THE BOX, you won't get your money back and then you'll still need to but a monitor. Avoid at all costs, because if anything goes wrong you are on your own. Newegg has also not been helpful at all.

Bought a QNIX 2710 monitor that was to display at 2560 x 1440 and it does not with my MacBook. requested a RMA and refund and being made to jump through hoops and they are resisting. Because of the push back of the merchant NewEgg is loosing a long time customer.

    •Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    •Any product that exhibits physical damage

    •Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

    International Order Return Policy

    •Return for refund: 30 days

    Maintain all of the original packaging in the event you need to return a product, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
    Do not write or place stickers on the original manufacturer’s packaging.

    "DOA" (Dead-on-Arrival) Products

    If a product arrives and is completely non-functional (DOA or Dead-On-Arrival), contact us immediately or fill out the online RMA request form.
    Most DOA products (excluding software and consumables) can be returned for refund within thirty (30) days of invoice.
    DOA merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and accessories for the return to be accepted.
    Full refunds are given only in the case of non-functional products.
    If the products work well, shipping cost is non-refundable.

    A new, unopened PC monitor can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund.
    No restocking fee will be charged.
    However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

    An opened PC monitor is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned
    (in new condition with original product packaging) within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund,
    subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price and related shipping expenses are buyer's responsibility.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
