Rating + 1 Bad seller ever

I ordered 6 monitors on 6/24/2015 and only received 4 next week. they give me 6 tracking numbers and found two of them were missing on the way. I conacted them on 7/1/2015 and they said they will need to contact ups first and no any updates.I contacted them on 7/6/2015 again and they said they need more days and no any updates again. I contacted them on 7/15/2015 again and they said they will ship me replacements and no updates. today is 7/25/2015 and I still didn't receive anything. What a seller ! What a liar !!!

This monitor is jank, the cheapest piece o'plastic I've ever bought. And if you want to send it back, be prepared to pay a 15% restocking fee and pay for shipping to Korea.

Rating + 4 Update to previous review

After giving it much thought, I've decided that my previous review earlier this month was too harsh. To be fair to MNW Global, they refunded me within a very acceptable timeframe even though they found no issues with the item upon return.
Their customer service was courteous and helpful, and the situation resolved happily for all parties.

They seem to be a company that cares for their customers, and every once in a while every company has DOAs.

Rating + 1 Very poor customer service, broken item

I ordered a monitor on the twelfth of June, and encountered many issues on my way to what was ultimately a refund.
The monitor I received (a QX2414) was damaged horribly, with a large line down the middle of the monitor. It surprised me, because one of the only positives of the experience is how nicely the seller boxed the item.

After dealing with customer service, who only responded to my emails once per day at four in the morning (CT), I sent my item back. The free label they provided took quite a bit of time to travel, but it's international so that's understandable.
Much to my surprise, when they received back my item they said it was all 100% fine, and would thus just refund me.

Very frustrating, just wanted a reliable monitor.

0 dead pixels, negligible backlight bleed in one corner. OC'd to 96Hz on GTX 980, ridiculously fast overseas shipping. 2 days TY MNW GLobal! Very happy with purchase and service.

Rating + 1 Worst company to deal with

This company does not like to honor their return policy. I ordered a Pixel perfect monitor and it arrived with a dead pixel dead center of the screen. I also had display port and some screen flickering issues. I requested an RMA and a full refund. I had to make a video of the dead pixel and the other issues before they would even send me an RMA. After 9 emails and a them continuously trying to give me a discount on the monitor so that I would keep it. That way they would not have to eat the cost of the return shipping and provide a refund. They threatened that if they could not reproduce my issues I would incur a 15% restocking fee and I would have to pay for shipping. I finally received an RMA and sent the product back. They have now had the monitor 6 days with no responce from them or a refund. I called their customer service number and its a blank voice box. I have contacted Newegg to assist with this issue. As always Newegg was very helpful.

    •Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    •Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us

    •Any product that exhibits physical damage

    International Order Return Policy

    •Return for refund: 30 days

    Maintain all of the original packaging in the event you need to return a product, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

    "DOA" (Dead-on-Arrival) Products

    If a product arrives and is completely non-functional (DOA or Dead-On-Arrival), contact us immediately or fill out the online RMA request form.
    Most DOA products (excluding software and consumables) can be returned for refund within thirty (30) days of invoice.
    DOA merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and accessories for the return to be accepted.
    Full refunds are given only in the case of non-functional products.
    If the products work well, shipping cost is non-refundable.

    A new, unopened PC monitor can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund.
    No restocking fee will be charged.
    However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

    An opened PC monitor is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned
    (in new condition with original product packaging) within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund,
    subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price and related shipping expenses are buyer's responsibility.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
