My product arrived DOA, however their customer service was extremely helpful and even offered to sending me parts to fix my monitor. Also they provide the fastest shipping I've ever seen from korea.

Rating + 5 Excellent monitor for price!

As other's have already noted, there is some light bleed at the edges on these 2560 x 1440 monitors. I knew that going into this purchase. At this price point I have nothing but praise for the seller as he shipped it quickly and the item did not have any problems or dead pixels. i would buy from him again!

Rating + 1 I received a defective monitor.

I received a defected monitor from this seller. I am in the process of returning, but the seller is slow to respond and usually replies once a day late at night. They tried to discourage me from returning the monitor and offered me an $80 refund on a $360 monitor if I was willing to use it. I look at some reviews regarding this seller and these kinds of problems are not uncommon. I recommend spending a little more with a more reputable seller to avoid the headaches.

Rating + 5 Great monitor, as well as incredibly fast shipping speed from MNW Global

They got this to me from Korea in 4 days...wat. No dead pixels, no cracks, no blemishes, nothing. Monitor is beautiful and definitely worth the $225 asking price. Not "leaps and bounds" about 1080p, but you can definitely see the difference.

Rating + 1 Deceptive marketing and sales

This seller is in Asia, Korea likely, and they do not have a robust shipping system for their monitors. Be sure that this monitor will work with your computer before you buy it! It is a very special monitor that will work ONLY at 2K resolution. If you graphics card will not do 2K, the monitor will not work at all. Moreover, if your monitor does not seem to work when you receive it, they will insist that it is your fault because of your graphics card is incompatible. In our case, after arguing with us for a couple weeks (one email per day, and only on weekdays), they finally issued an RMA, but stated firmly that if THEY decided the returned monitor was okay, they would charge us $100 shipping + 15% restocking fee, which is basically the cost of the monitor.

I will not be buying from this seller, or from Newegg Marketplace in the future. In fact, I did not realize that I was buying from this "Marketplace" when I initially ordered the device because Newegg does not clearly label such items. As a consequence, this is my last purchase, by choice, from Newegg also.

The monitor that I purchased arrived amazingly fast and was incredible well packaged. Upon inspection, I detected a small defect in the display. Because I paid a premium for a "Perfect Pixel" monitor, I requested an RMA. The responses to my emails were delayed by at least 12 hours due to the time difference. MNW Global's customer service provider, snpbiz .com asked for photos, which I sent. They then tried to convince me to keep the monitor and accept a partial refund. We went back and forth about this. Once they understood that I really wanted a new monitor, they furnished the RMA information. They paid for the return shipping and as soon as they received the monitor, they issued me a full refund. I did indicate on the RMA that i wanted a replacement, but they sent a refund instead. I will be reordering this monitor. It is a great monitor.

    International Order Return Policy

    •If a monitor is returned to us due to any compatibility issues with a buyer's PC computers or user environment, the return shipping cost + 15% restocking fee are on the buyer.
    For example, the monitor model "QNIX QX2710 LED Evolution II 27" QHD Samsung PLS Matte Panel PC Monitor" with only DVI-D input is not compatible with laptops or on-board graphics card. If the buyer returned the monitor because it did not work when connecting it with a laptop or on-board graphics card, the return shipping cost and 15% restocking cost would be charged to the buyer. Please read thoroughly the compatibility issue of the monitor that you are going to buy. The compatibility issue is explained on the product information page.

    •Restocking fee: 15%

    Maintain all of the original packaging in the event you need to return a product, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
    Do not write or place stickers on the original manufacturer’s packaging.

    "DOA" (Dead-on-Arrival) Products

    If a product arrives and is completely non-functional (DOA or Dead-On-Arrival), contact us immediately or fill out the online RMA request form.
    Most DOA products (excluding software and consumables) can be returned for refund within thirty (30) days of invoice.
    DOA merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and accessories for the return to be accepted.
    Full refunds are given only in the case of non-functional products.
    If the products work well, shipping cost is non-refundable.

    A new, unopened PC monitor can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund.
    No restocking fee will be charged.
    However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

    An opened PC monitor is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned
    (in new condition with original product packaging) within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund,
    subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price and related shipping expenses are buyer's responsibility.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
