Rating + 5 Quick response and very happy with product

Product arrived in a few days, shipped from South Korea. Was in perfect condition and works flawlessly. Initially requested to exchange the monitor for one that could support higher overclock. Received a very polite response within a day that due to my item being already shipped I should try it before proceeding with a return. I was more than happy with the entire encounter and am more than perfectly happy with the product. It was packed well and exceeded my expectations. Would happily recommend this seller and their prompt polite response. Will be keeping this monitor!

Rating + 5 Very helpful and professional support

A month after my purchase, my Qnix monitor began having a display issue where there were alternating rows of lines across my screen. I contacted the seller, and through the troubleshooting process they recommended I open the monitor and reconnect all of the interior cables. This was easier than I expected, and when I reassembled the monitor, everything worked great! I was really scared of having to ship it all the back to Korea and definitely didn't want to do that, so it was fantastic that they helped me fix it myself. Would buy from again.

Great monitor, arrived quickly, no dead pixels, clear set up instructions - and even a personalized note in the box! I would definitely buy again and recommend to a friend.

Rating + 2 So so when there is order issues

The first time I ordered with MNW (a Wasabi Mango 27" perfect pixel monitor) the process was flawless they would receive 5 Eggs for that order.

The second time (A QNIX 24" 2560x1440 perfect pixel monitor) they went to lengths to resolve the stock issue but in the end I've decided to cancel the order and pick a different vender.
Specific issues:
-At the onset of the problem I requested email only (so that I had a record of the conversation). they still tried to call multiple times (which I always ignored) but also sent the emails as requested,
-Tried to push a non pixel perfect monitor (i.e. a defective monitor as a replacement but with a discount) If I wanted a defective monitor that is what I would have ordered.
-I offered to wait until they received more monitors or was willing to substitute for an equivalent or better monitor. They found one that was fifty more I did ask if I owed anything for the difference and they asked me to pay by paypal.
-Paypal is really sketchy especially when my order history doesn't reflect the change.
-They said then the only way to pay through newegg was to cancel the order and reorder the replacement suggestion. At that point I did some looking and decided that there were monitors from Asus AOC and Acer in the new price range so i'm going that route.

All in all as long as they have what you ordered you should be fine if not just cancel your order should save you a few days.

I had an issue with my purchase. I contacted Newegg customer service who contacted the seller. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received a response. Do not buy from this seller!

Super High Res. Extraordinary picture. Was air shipped from Korea to my front door in Fernandina Beach in 50 hours. Uses a Dual-Link DVI connector (more pins). Get one.

    •Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    International Order Return Policy

    Maintain all of the original packaging in the event you need to return a product, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

    "DOA" (Dead-on-Arrival) Products

    If a product arrives and is completely non-functional (DOA or Dead-On-Arrival), contact us immediately or fill out the online RMA request form.
    Most DOA products (excluding software and consumables) can be returned for refund within thirty (30) days of invoice.
    DOA merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and accessories for the return to be accepted.
    Full refunds are given only in the case of non-functional products.
    If the products work well, shipping cost is non-refundable.

    A new, unopened PC monitor can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund.
    No restocking fee will be charged.
    However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

    An opened PC monitor is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned
    (in new condition with original product packaging) within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund,
    subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price and related shipping expenses are buyer's responsibility.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
