This is the fourth(?) time I have used this reseller, and I have been very satisfied with ship time and products.

Rating + 1 This was a really unpleasant experience

The monitor arrived with a broken backlight. Here is the sequence of events that followed:

1) I contacted the seller for a refund, explaining that it was broken. The seller requested I send pictures, which I did

2) The seller accused me of breaking the item and said it is ineligible for a refund, despite the fact the wrapping was still on the monitor and the packing box was in the background

3) I reiterated that the item arrived broken and they were compelled to offer a refund.

4) They offered me a $40 refund but no return.

5) I replied this was unsatisfactory and I wanted a shipping label

6) They offered me $80, and said if they found out I broke the item (which they had already accused me of) I would pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

7) I asked for the 4th time for a shipping label to return the item

8) They replied with an offer for a $100 refund, but thankfully included a shipping label this time. I sent it back immediately.

9) 10 days later I received a refund, finally.

Just PRAY your item doesn't arrive faulty. It seems to happen a lot, judging from the other reviews.

Rating + 1 It's a leap of faith. Not trustworthy

Bought a QNIX monitor that came damaged on day 1 (dark spot on top left corner of the monitor). I took pictures and recorded a video and sent the monitor back throgh RMA. They said the monitor was fine and reimbursed me its price minus 100$ for shipping. I am 100% sure that the monitor was damaged.

I wouldn't recommend this seller. In my experience the Product broke 4 days after the 30 day warranty, and they only offered partial refunds covering a small percentage of the actual cost of the item. The Monitor I ordered had the back light break so that a portion of the screen is dark. I have reached out to Newegg to let them know that the product does not match the description, and they are selling inferior products.

Rating + 1 This seller is terrible to work with they will sell you defective gear and then charge you to return it.

Do not buy from this company. If you have a problem with what you buy, they will not stand behind there product. I bought a monitor that did not work and they not only dragged their feet to send me a return label, they refused to acknowledge that failure with the device and charged me more that half of my original cost in restocking and return shipping fees. I have never felt as ripped off by a online retailer as I have with this company. Spare your self the head ach and stay away.

Rating + 1 Buyers be aware, their return policy makes it impossible to return things. You need to pay international shipping!!!

I purchased a few monitors from this seller, and found that the monitor is not compatible. However, when it comes down to return it (even after I agreed to pay for the return shipping and restocking fees), I was told that it is actually international shipping. So in reality, though they offer return service, their policy makes it impossible to return anything. So buyers be aware. I wish I had purchased those panels through other leading web sites.

I bought a Logitech Z553 speaker, and they sent me the Z523 without the original box. Z523 look completely different than Z553. How can they not found out when they send it. And I returned it and they promised to send another one. One week later, I got a used Z553 speaker with no plastic bag covered and no user manual. The speaker has a few scratch and the original box is all beat-up. I asked them why you send me a used speaker. They explained the warehouse send my new speaker to another customer, and they send the other customer's used speaker to me. I can't accept such poor excuse. They made two mistakes in a row and waste my time to go to return the speakers two times. Waste time and money!!!

My product arrived DOA, however their customer service was extremely helpful and even offered to sending me parts to fix my monitor. Also they provide the fastest shipping I've ever seen from korea.

    •If a monitor is returned to us due to any compatibility issues with a buyer's PC computers or user environment, the return shipping cost + 15% restocking fee are on the buyer.
    For example, the monitor model "QNIX QX2710 LED Evolution II 27" QHD Samsung PLS Matte Panel PC Monitor" with only DVI-D input is not compatible with laptops or on-board graphics card. If the buyer returned the monitor because it did not work when connecting it with a laptop or on-board graphics card, the return shipping cost and 15% restocking cost would be charged to the buyer. Please read thoroughly the compatibility issue of the monitor that you are going to buy. The compatibility issue is explained on the product information page.

    •Restocking fee: 15%

    Maintain all of the original packaging in the event you need to return a product, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
    Do not write or place stickers on the original manufacturer’s packaging.

    "DOA" (Dead-on-Arrival) Products

    If a product arrives and is completely non-functional (DOA or Dead-On-Arrival), contact us immediately or fill out the online RMA request form.
    Most DOA products (excluding software and consumables) can be returned for refund within thirty (30) days of invoice.
    DOA merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and accessories for the return to be accepted.
    Full refunds are given only in the case of non-functional products.
    If the products work well, shipping cost is non-refundable.

    A new, unopened PC monitor can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund.
    No restocking fee will be charged.
    However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

    An opened PC monitor is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned
    (in new condition with original product packaging) within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund,
    subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price and related shipping expenses are buyer's responsibility.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
