Rating + 4 Bad Tracking Number

I was trying to track my purchase and kept getting "track Number not Found" since it was being shipped from their Asian Warehouse. Contacted seller after a week and they said the web page (Newegg) did not update. They indicated it was being shipped USPS but USPS did not recognize the Track Number even the day befor the item was delivered. So -1 egg for that. Else everything was fine.

customer contacted me saying that the item is not available in the USA anymore and if it's ok to ship from outside of the USA and it will take 5 to 15 days to receive it. i consented and it has taken more than 15 days and i am yet to receive the item.

For reasons never understood, this order was canceled. The purchase price was refunded. I wanted these tools and was disappointed to not receive them.

Rating + 1 Beware false description

I purchased an item that clearly said it included the software. It did not come with the software and when I contacted the seller they wrote me in hard to understand English to download it from a site that was all in Chinese and my Antivirus warmed me that the download they directed me to had a trojan it in. When they responded to m y emails it was obvious they can not communicate with you in English properly to understand the issue. On the bright side I did eventually get my money back. I would never deal with them again.

seller provided a tracking number, for the broken object, rather than any info about an RMA i requested. As of this writing it has been 4 days waiting for a follow up on an email for an rma.

I needed additional USB ports after moving my desktop computer to another location. This PCI-e card provides 4 more. The little driver CD did not work for me. Sent an email to seller for location to download drivers. Received reply in a few hours. Downloaded the drivers and all is working well.
Excellent service and the card works as advertised. What more could you want?

Rating + 1 Wrong parts, slow response

I ordered a computer cable and received some attachment for a quadricopter (which I don't own nor did I order), without any receipt invoice or anything else. I didn't know where it came from until I contacted the vendor, who said they had a delivery confirmation - the only one I know of was that part that was delivered. Their response to my email was slow in arriving, didn't really say much, and they have not responded to my reply, so I put in another ticket just now. I do not recommend this vendor,

RMA instructions
