I ordered two web cams, one works, the other is broke in two and does not work. When I called the customer service, the girl said she would try and see if the would give me a credit. That has been several weeks ago, still no e mail....no refund....they didn't use a box, just some bubble wrap and tape.

Rating + 1 Item did not function correctly, emails ignored

Repeated attempts at contacting this vendor concerning a defective item went unanswered, obviously does not care about customers, buyer beware, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER. Contacted NewEgg Customer Service to spur vendor to respond, this process takes 3-7 days, already have been trying to contact vendor for over a week, four emails, two phone calls. What gives, not like NewEgg maybe NewEgg Listing has not got the same standard of customer service.

Item appeared to be in reasonable condition when it arrived so I sent it on without opening as a gift to a friend. They told me later that it did not work so they threw it away. Otherwise I would have sent it back for a refund.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
