I purchased a laptop stand from Mega Retail Store to test it out and unfortunately it did not work very well for my specific laptop. I contacted their customer service department about this issue and they set me up with an RMA without any hassle. I received a return label, shipped out my purchase and received my refund without concern. This is how shopping should be, thank you for making the refund hassle-free.

Took twice as long as an item purchased at the same time from Newegg to arrive. USPS priority should be the standard for shipping. When the cpu I ordered arrived, it was in a huge box with no cushioning. This left the cpu to bounce around through the 7 day shipping process.

Rating + 1 Where is the item I paid for? You're holding up my build

I ordered a CPU, everybody delivered as promised, and this vendor still haven't updated the shipping status(if they even shipped it).
Avoid like the plague.
They even said within 10 days they would deliver, 10 days was last week.
I just want my money, but still no response from "Mega Retail Store"

Rating + 1 Better off with Newegg directly

I ordered 2 heatsinks and they didn't fit the board I had. I needed to return them. Then when I got a response they wanted a 15% restocking fee and also never sent me the RMA form. Not sure I care to deal with 3rd party sellers, so far I haven't been pleased with one and it makes Newegg look bad.
You're better off dealing with Newegg..

Would not recommend and WILL NOT use this seller for future purchases. Ordered 2-100 CD pack with spindle. Package had NO packing and one of the spindle packs broke open in shipping leaving 100 CD's strewn throughout the package

New Egg is the best! BUT! Mega Store sucks!!! Their add lied! When I made my return they now want a extra 15%!!!
Never again will I shop with Mega Store through New Egg!

terrible shipping parcel select meaning it will take a week longer than normal shipping this was not specified at check out or i would have gone another route. reasonably frustrated , if you can't ship normal shipping don't sell

    Return Policy

    Mega Retail Store accepts returns up to 30 days from original delivery date. Any returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and original condition. If the product is not in the original packaging when returned a 50% re-stocking fee will be applied.
    Unless our company is in error or the listing is in error, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs, the original shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee.

    Defective equipment:
    We apologize if you received an item that is not working but all warranty issues must be referred back to the original manufacturer for support. We will do our very best to make sure the issue is resolved through the OEM (original equipment manufacturer).

    Defective Returns:
    If for any reason the defective item is returned to Mega Retail Store the defective product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and original shipping costs. If the defective product is not in the original packaging when returned the product will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

    Non-Defective returns:
    If the item needs to be returned and is not damaged or defective and still in the original sealed box please contact us for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs. If the non-defective product is not in the original packaging when returned the product will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

    Once product is returned, inspected and complies with the Mega Retail Store Return Policy a refund will be processed within 24 hours.

    Mega Retail Store uses multiple data feeds to update our inventory on daily basis and we do are very best to manage accuracy of this information. We are not responsible for any SKU’s that have been assigned to other products, manufactures, descriptions or UPC codes. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to these inaccuracies or typographical errors.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
