Rating + 1 Do not buy from them

I had ordered a Dare-u Wrangler Gaming Mice + Avenger 7 LED Backlight Gaming Keyboard USB Wired Combo Set from them two weeks ago. I received it last week and when I opened the box the keyboard and mouse had already been opened first off. Secondly it was not even the keyboard or mouse that I had ordered the one they sent me was something called an LBOTS with some Chinese writing on the left side where the l keys were suppose to be. I called Newegg that day and they gave me the number to this vendor who I called and they didn't speak English then hung up on me. I called Newegg back and they are refunding me my money supposedly but have not got my money back or any shipping stuff to sent this piece of junk back. I will not order anything from this vendor ever again. To me this is a bait and switch scam.

USPS tracking website is very poor. One week with no updates. And no expected delivery time.

Rating + 4 Confidence Pet Premier Cat Tree BROWN

I put this together while my husband was at work. Instructions with pictures were easy to follow. Item seems to be well made. Top may have to be reinforced with another pole tho cause my cat is a big boy (Ragdoll) and he is enjoying the top perch but I notice its a little wobbly with him on it. Other than that, very happy with purchase.

Rating + 1 Mobile Phone Holder

Placed this order on the 15th of June, STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. First it was sent to the wrong address, Second it was sent to your competitor for fullfilment, now I am waiting for the third shipment that is just short of a month from ordering. Really a BAD experience. Will think twice about orering from you again.

my product never arrived , after patiently waiting for more than 15 days my product was never delivered , even though the tracking said it delivered on the day of expected delivery, bad tracking dont know what shipping company shipped my product , i wouldnt buy form this company ever again

It would have been nice to provide a review, but since I never receive the product, I am very disappointed in it.

Rating + 2 Distance causes problems

I cannot recommend using this seller. I had a problem with the product. It did not come with a charging cable. So it died very quickly. I first made the mistake of contacting the manufacturer, which slowed me down by 2 days.

Both the manufacturer and Merdia admitted that the fault of not having the cable was Merdia. Apparently the store does the packaging.

Merdia did correct the problem and send a cable, but not before suggesting that I just buy one. By the time it had arrived it was more than two weeks.

Remember, if you are in the U.S. buying directly from China means that if there are any issues, this will be the typical turn-around time to solve them.

The support person was nice. But, it takes a long time to get a resolution to any problem.

I suspect that if you live in China, this would be a very good store. From the U.S., I can't recommend them.

RMA Policy
    Merdia offers only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
    • Product purchased from Merdia
    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
    • All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
    • Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
    • Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order (follow below return instruction to apply RMA#)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", Merdia will refund the amount of sale.

    2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.

    3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

    4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.

    5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Merdia will refund back to your method of payment.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on ‘Request RMA from Seller’ Button next to the order information.
    2. On ‘Compose Message Page’, verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose ‘RMA Inquiry’ from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click ‘send message’ button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 – 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
