When ordering compatible toner cartridges for my HP printer, their compatible cartridge came up with a different number. My assumption was that the different number was their part number and would still be a match for my needs. Great price and I ordered. Upon arrival, the cartridges are different. I contacted to start a return and they told me that I received what I ordered. I reached out a second time and clarified that the cartridges were not correct and what could i do to exchange or return them. I have not received an answer at this time for three weeks. I wouldn't recommend them.

I received this case to use for my DVD storage and to protect them, I am very pleased with it and the seller was great. I received it fast and in perfect shape when it came in. Thanks for the service that means a lot these days.

These were supposed to be a 7mm thick DVD holder but they are actually just under 10mm. The outer cover is very thin and cheap feeling. One of the sleeves had some damage but the box around them was not damaged.

i called to report a problem with the toner, and the seller ask me the last 5 digits of my Credit card # and she said there is no record with that credit card and she ask me to give the order #, after I gave it to her, she couldnt find anything either , becareful with this seller!

    Customers must inform Meritline of any order discrepancies within 7 days of the delivery date. Customers must request a return for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds are issued after 30 days. Each return requires an RMA number, "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box that contains the merchandise you wish to return. When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can provide tracking numbers. Customers are also responsible for insuring the returned item. Meritline will not be responsible for any shipping loss. Physical damage to the returned product will void the product's warranty and the RMA policy. All return(s) must contain the original packaging and accessories. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs as well as insurance when returning a product. Meritline will not reimburse any customer for the shipping cost of a returned product. Please allow 2-7 business days for processing returns.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
