Rating + 2 Junk memory used

I gave them 2 because they delivered it fast, however they sent a PC with old memory (below what the minimum speed the PC is rated for). If you are going to swap out a part with something subpar you should say so in the description.
Seller Response:We only use major brand memory running at speeds specified by the computer manufacturer.

I would have given the computer a higher rating except the video card was in crooked and I could not plug my monitor in until I reset the card myself. The computer runs well for a refurbished machine. The instructions where very thoughtful and it came with some added useful software. Tech support was easy to contact and it was helpful to know that on this model you did not need to screw in the video card as it just used a clamp.

Rating + 1 Bad Business / Ridiculous

I purchased a computer and it came in with a bad power supply. I reported it right away and was told that they would send me a replacement. They then later wouldn't because I removed a label with their numbers on it. They said that they didn't know if it was their computer. I just purchased it and have the receipt from Newegg to prove it. They don't even accept Newegg invoices as proof of purchase LOL!! Then why is Newegg even doing business with them?? Ridiculous!! I spoke to Adrian. I found him to be arrogant. It does not say anywhere on the ad that I have to leave their labels on the computer. I have all of the Dell service tag numbers and etc... but not theirs. Do they not record the Dell service tag numbers on the computers they sell? Really Bad business. It came in bad. It's not like I have had it for months or weeks.

I talked to Newegg and they wouldn't help. They said it was up to Micomp on what they wanted to do. THANKS for nothing Newegg.

It is pretty clear that I just purchased it from Newegg. I have the invoice to prove it.

Micomp offers a warranty and then try to find reasons to not honor it. VERY BAD BUSINESS
Seller Response:We provide 1 year warranty on all of our products, we can offer replacement parts, or replace the computer for you.

You admitted to have removed all the stickers we tagged the computer with, why would you do that? They clearly say WARRANTY VOID IF REMOVED.
Without the serial number information there is no way to prove the item is ours.
You are running a business too, and should understand this better than anyone else.

it works, its slow to boot, sluggish.
I put on it Trend Micro and Firefox nothing else

Return Instruction
