Outstanding computer, Arrived with so many goody's, I had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. down loaded the current updates for the video, the computer is humming right along. I'll will suggest my friends buy a computer from you.

I bought this system for my wife to play her game and the ram is hard to find to upgrade but it can hold 8gig of ram real good.The shipment got here in 3-4 days of ordering and that was ground. I give 5 eggs for a real good system and fast service.

Rating + 5 Faulty unit, but company made good.

Refurbished computer arrived as advertised. Within a few days the RAM started giving trouble. Support was quick in giving feedback to re-seat the RAM. Computer worked again, but blue-screened once a day.

Company offered a full refund or a new PC. We elected the full refund within 30 days of arrival. They sent pre-paid shipping label. No problems and no hassle.

Buying refurbished is always a risk, but this company makes the situation right.

Purchased a couple of refurbished Dell Optiplex from them. One had a bad harddrive, I emailed them about it and they immediately sent out a replacement. Well done sirs!

really disappointed with how slow these people are. we do alot of shopping for our store, never again from these people

Your items shipped for FREE, by UPS Ground from Illinois on 10/05 - delivered on 10/12.
This is total of 6 business days travel time, which is reasonable.

    Warranty does not cover any software issues, viruses/Malware infections and unauthorized repairs/upgrades. Swapping internal components without prior approval by our company will void the warranty.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
