Rating + 2 Fast Shippping, Horrible Service

I ordered a case and screen protector for my Galaxy Note 8. Both items arrived quickly. The screen protector is great, but the case has extra openings that are not necessary. I emailed the seller to ask about this but they never responded.

Rating + 1 Extremely slow shipping

Do not recommend this seller. Took them almost two weeks to deliver the product I ordered. I would have expedited to 2nd shipping but they did not allow that option when making the purchase. MiniSuit did NOT meet my expectations Newegg has instilled in me.

Rating + 1 Do not order from vendor MiniSuit

I do not recommend ordering through the marketplace vendor MiniSuit. They have no way to upgrade shipping options for faster service and they took the full 7 business days to ship my product. Five business days after ordering the tracking had not been updated for 4 business days. Newegg is doing a dis-service to it's customers by having marketplace vendors who do not provide the quick turnaround and shipping of products that has brought many of us to Newegg to make our computer purchases.

    We have a 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, which gives you plenty of time to fall in love with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please e-mail or call our Customer Care Center immediately. If you are still not satisfied after speaking with a Customer Care Representative, we will provide you with a full refund.

    We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges on ALL merchandise within 45 days after receipt of items. For a full refund or replacement all products include all original materials and enclosed in their original, undamaged boxes. In order for us to process your return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from our Customer Care Center within 45 days of receiving your order.

    We can also provide a prepaid label, but only when requested. Please request a prepaid label at the time of requesting for your RMA number. It will be sent to you via e-mail for it to be printed out. The amount for the shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Upon receiving your package, a confirmation e-mail will be sent out. Please allow three to five business days for your return/exchange to be processed. Labels are available within the continental US only.

    Please note: Shipping costs to send the items to Minisuit for return/exchange are not covered by Minisuit. However, Minisuit will cover the shipping costs of sending your replacement to you.


    Terms & Conditions

    •All items must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • All items must be accompanied by a RMA#.
    •All items must be returned/exchanged within 45 days of receipt of order.
    •Please ship your packages within 7 days of receiving a RMA number. We recommend that you add delivery confirmation with tracking. Minisuit is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
    •Once your items have been received and inspected, your refund/exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your items. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable.
    •For exchanges, replacements are based upon product availability.
    •The cost of returning an item to us is not covered by Minisuit. Minisuit does not accept COD packages.

    In order to obtain the RMA#, please fill out the Return Form or contact our Customer Care Center. Please note that without the RMA number, we cannot identify your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for Minisuit to respond to you with your RMA# along with instructions on how to return the items back to us.

    When you receive your RMA#, you will also receive the following shipping instructions on how to send the items back:

    Please complete and include the original return/exchange invoice along with your merchandise in a suitable bubble mailer and send it back to us using your own preferred shipping method with insurance and a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for any damages or loss for packages. The products should be returned to the address below within 7 days after receiving your RMA#:
