Kate Order Date : 2/5/2013	2/24/2013 8:36:54 AM Ergo baby carrier Exceptional price for the item and arrived in manufacturers retail packaging. Shipping was a bit on the slow side but I elected standard shipping so no biggie. The manufacturer's box was wrapped in shipping paper and part of the paper was taped with packing tape directly to the box. This resulted in damage to the underlying box when unwrapped. Normally I wouldn't care but I ordered this as a gift and it just makes the presentation less nice and that's why I am giving an average rating as I feel this was completely avoidable.
