No support in USA Order Date : 9/4/2012	5/12/2013 8:39:46 AM Worst company No support. No customer support. No responses for multiple e-mail due to multiple defected products. The company does not have any customer support in USA. They sell you their products depending on your luck. But their products have very poor quality. They are dead with a few of months. The "free" stylus is very small it's too small for any use. I'm glad it was on "sale" when I purchased them an 8 and 16gb. Con: Slow write speed--took me over an hour to back up about 8 GB of files. Loop to attach string is super flimsy--it's made out of that jelly rubber, and I'm pretty sure it'll break if I try keeping it on a keyring or anything. Magnet to attach lid to base is pretty weak.
