Don't know if this works, I bought it to add a 4TB drive to my backup but in trying to I think I have determined that the drive was bad from Newegg, which I will tackle later.

Rating + 1 Horrible Customer Service

Bought a simple product from them, and it was defective. Wrote them 2 emails, no response. Tried calling them for the past 3 days over the phone during their normal business hours and keep getting a voice mail and getting no replies back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM eForCity

The hydro vibe case I ordered, doesn't have the correct openings for the buttons on the phone, I have to get a new one. And the space where the charger goes doesn't fit with the case on!! :(

Zero eggs for zero product. There was a mishap with shipping I contacted newegg who asked me to contact the re-seller. The re-seller has still not re-sent my product. After USPS had returned it to the sender. This was in May 2014.

All opened non-defective returns will be refused at customer's cost. For defective and wrong shipped DVDs / movies, we will offer refund at its original purchase price only, no replacement is offered. For wrong shipped DVDs / movies, they must be returned in the original brand new condition, never opened and still in its plastic wrap. All of our DVDs are Region 1 movies; we are NOT responsible for accepting returns due to purchase of wrong Region code DVDs.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
