Cap had just a long piece of string attached to it. Not even tied, no clue what to do with it.

Ordered a charger from eForCity and when I received it, it came without any circuitry board for charging. One start because the package arrived, else it would be zero.

Rating + 1 Ships Slow or NOT at ALL

Shipment is two days past due - Don't buy from them unless you feel like having to track stuff down and work with customer service.This was for my kid - so I have that to deal with as well.

Rating + 1 Cords don't work!

I plugged these cords in and my sound stopped working. Also the picture went in and out. When it did come through, there was a green or black bar covering a third of the screen towards the bottom.
So.... They're a complete waste of time & money!

Excellent products. Not well identified. Shipped speedily. Camera location in product could quickly have directed me to correct style. Called vendor and as per recorded instructions, left recorded information as requested (for speedy call-back). Following four hours of "0" response, repeated. Weeks later still no response. Newegg saved the day and directed me to correct styles. They have arrived, are in use and are exactly what eForCity could have directed me to with proper control of their phone message system. I highly recommed these products. Just be sure they are fully identified before you order. Notwithstanding my Nexus7 tablet OEM container clearly emblazoned with "2013-03" and thinking eForCity's "2013" accessories would fit... wrong!! The "2012" fits perfectly. Camera location(s) is the one sure fire I.D. protocol which should have been employed in this case. Thanks to Newegg's 'Customer Service' for their extra effort on this one.

    4. Original packing slip if applicable
    5. Complete accessories (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
    6. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
    The RMA number must be written on the invoice or shipping box. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or will be refused and returned at your cost and without credit approval.

    All DVD, Movies must be returned within 30 day of the Invoice date. All returned DVDs, Movies must be in brand new condition (unopened, still in its plastic wrap). All opened non-defective returns will be refused at customer's cost. For defective and wrong shipped DVDs / movies, we will offer refund at its original purchase price only, no replacement is offered. For wrong shipped DVDs / movies, they must be returned in the original brand new condition, never opened and still in its plastic wrap. All of our DVDs are Region 1 movies; we are NOT responsible for accepting returns due to purchase of wrong Region code DVDs.
