RMA'd first unit that failed the first day and was sent another that was DOA. Not worth the time, money, and hassle to deal with another RMA again. Selling junk that just doesn't work or won't last is not going to win me over as a customer. Advise you stay away from what this peddler is dishing off on Newegg.

Item arrived by US mail with postage due, when sale was offered with free shipping. I purchased 2 airsoft guns and now one won't fire after only about 50 rounds of use. No paperwork with shipment with warranty, RMA, or customer service contact information.

Item was DOA and did not work when received. USPS provided confirmation the returned item was received. After sixteen days and multiple phone calls and emails I have received neither credit nor valid status update from the vendor or Newegg.

My experience with ToyPlanet360 was lousy, to say the least. They do not respond to direct emails from their customers until pressured by other parties involved. After getting the run around from both Newegg & ToyPlanet360 and being responsible for the shipping payment to send an item that was not what was advertised, missing parts & in a non-working condition, I requested a full refund. Instead, ToyPlanet360 sent me a replacement, which I did not want.
If you are planning to purchase anything from the above mentioned Marketplace seller, be prepared to deal with a recorded message and your complaint not being handled by a customer representative.

Received the item in a previously opened box with both Safety/Operating Instructions manual and Safety Cap missing. After numerous email/phone contacts the Safety Instructions were received (weeks later) , however, still waiting for the Safety Cap so we can safely use the pistol. Worst ever experience dealing with Newegg.

I wish there was a better part brake down on the Walker Bull Dog i bought barrel came a part with this little round rubber washer that i don't no were it go's now the Bull Dog will not shoot the 6mm plastic bullets also i have no trim on the left side and the tank drifts to the right it ahs from day one, i need to set the servo to the cent and start over but i don't no how to take it apart. Can you send me a part brake down so i can fix it? And a part list so i can buy any part i need for the Tank

Very poor customer service, and poor quality products. Ordered remote control crane for our son. CHEAP product. All plastic parts. Way overpriced. Broke within 3 weeks, despite only using product as intended, and literature stating crane is "Built for moving heavy cargo."

ITEM CAME BROKEN AND NOT WORKING NEWEGG WILL NOT STAND BY IT .TO TOP IT OFF I HAD TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING ON A BROKEN ITEM .NEVER AGAIN,NOBODY SEEMS TO CARE IF THEY HAVE RETURN CUSTOMERS,
