Although everyone I interacted with was perfectly nice and accommodating, I was very disappointed because I was sent the wrong item. Action packaged apologized and offered to replace it. But the following day they informed me that the item I originally ordered had sold out. Major bummer considering this was a birthday present and i then had to scramble to find something else to give!

I purchased a new WD 2TB drive. Action Packaged shipped me a four year old drive made in 2012. I requested a refund and never heard from them

Rating + 1 Poor shipping

Ordered set of fans for case. Package came undamaged. Only issue was shipping was very slow. I got all the other parts for my build BEFORE i even got comfirmation of fans being shipped. After the 4th day I tried to cancel order so i could get them from somehwere else only to be told they were shipped in which i finally got a confirmation email. Took a week and a half to get here with shipping delays. Luckily they were only fans otherwise i would have had to wait that long to complete build. Only use action packed inc if necessary.

I would not recomend this machine, took aobut 16 hours to get windows updates on it, it froze constantly trying to set it up for win 7. shipping took way more than 5-7 days

Bought an ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity TF700T from them advertised as new. It wasn't. Big sticker on the serial number after removed said used. Died in a week and all you get is an answering machine to leave an email. Then weeks later and many emails later I have turned this over to New Egg. They don't respond back to you. Do not trust this seller.New Egg has always been a great store but Action Packaged Inc. is a sham Out well over 400 bucks. Hopefully New Egg will make it right. I can't even register it with Asus because it's used.

We initially thought that there was a problem with the printer that we ordered. I contacted the seller and they were very prompt with their response.

The error was on our part and we got it corrected. Still the customer representative followed up with me anyway, just to make sure that no other issues had come up.

The company representatives were pleasant and courteous. We would definitely order from them again.

Honestly i had an order for 2 items and only 1 item shipped. They were very responsive on the error when i made them aware and immediately shipped my second unit out. Would Buy from Action Packaged again.

    No exceptions will be made to these return policies. If you do not agree with these policies or you feel you will be unable to comply with these policies if they ultimately apply to you and your order, please do not place your order with Action Packaged, Inc.™

    Items can be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. Initial and return shipping will be paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to items that have been opened and/or used for any length of time. Please contact an Action Packaged, Inc. representative at for a return authorization prior to sending the merchandise back.

    All issues, e.g., a customer feels an incorrect item or model was shipped or the condition of item was not as described, must be reported to us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. If the issue is not reported within that time-frame, we will be unable to research and try to resolve the issue.

    There are no exceptions to the 30-day window from the confirmed delivery date at the shipping address to report issues with your order or to request a return, including, but not limited to, if the item was given as a gift and the recipient did not open or use the item within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date or if the order was forwarded from the shipping address to another address within or outside of the U.S.

    Cancellation requests can take up to a full business day to research and process. Your order may still ship according to your original instructions within this time-frame even if a cancellation request is submitted.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
