Rating + 1 WOW one star is to much

I am amazed they confuse an order for an HP laptop with Windows 7 which is what I needed and instead sent me two HP POE Switches????? How on earth can you mix up a laptop with two network switches!!!! I'm an IT department of one for my company and now I don't have the laptop with Windows 7 that I need I have two heavy switches that I need to send back. After reading the companies reviews, I gave them the benefit of the dough now I regret it. I have a new employ starting Monday and now I have no laptop for him to use. The best part when you call there number it’s just a recording and they just want your e-mail address, so no call center or human to talk to. Probably one person working out of there basement. New egg is trying there best to help me resolve this but none of it helps the new employ that starts this comming Monday. Very unhappy!!!!!!!

Rating + 1 Didn't ship for 10 days, lost my customer

I ordered this item on the 6th of April with standard 5-7 day shipping. It didn't ship for 10 days. I lost both the sale and the customer, who went to another local shop to buy their product.

Terrible! If it takes 10 days to even get a product on the truck, something is wrong.

Avoid this seller.

Rating + 1 2 TB WD internal Drive

The seller shipped 2 drives to me. Only one worked. I contacted the seller and was told they would ship a replacement. The replacement
drive did not work either. After contacting the seller, I was told that they would issue a refund. They did not want the drives returned. As of now I am awaiting a refund from my PAYPAL account. I still have both drives original and replacement.

This was my first experience buying from NEWEGG Marketplace. it turns out Action Packaged Inc. does a very good job providing the same great shopping experience as that of NEWEGG. My Kingston 480GB SSD was priced aggressively and arrived right on time. Having NEWEGG as a faciltator ensures transaction would be secure and safe. And it was! Rating + 1 Archos 3 Shipped Damaged

ONLY PUT 1 EGG BECAUSE NO EGG ISN'T POSSIBLE. The unit was shipped damaged. I purchased this product for my daughters birthday present and now that I have received a unit which doesn't power on I have to figure out within 7 days what to do in order to not spoil her birthday. In review of what was shipped to me here are the problems:

1. Package was shipped within a larger box which is typical but when I opened the larger box the first thing that struck me as odd was the unit packaging was damaged.

2. The screen protector on the unit was peeled off the screen and stuck to the instruction manual inside. This means that someone had already opened the unit before it was shipped.

3. The back cover on the unit was partially off which leads me to believe someone had already had problems with this particular one and I was sold an open box unit in place of what was supposed to be a brand new unit.

4. After reading the return policy I am curious if I will have to pay for a restock fee.

    Items can be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. Initial and return shipping will be paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to items that have been opened and/or used for any length of time. Please contact an Action Packaged, Inc. representative at for a return authorization prior to sending the merchandise back.

    All issues, e.g., a customer feels an incorrect item or model was shipped or the condition of item was not as described, must be reported to us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. If the issue is not reported within that time-frame, we will be unable to research and try to resolve the issue.

RMA instructions
