I ordered a beautifull Tissot PRS 516 at the price I could find anywhere from Perfect Timing - it was shipped promptly and I received a new watch with all original packaging and papers withing just a few days. Excellent seller.

Watch arrived in perfect condition, in the original manufacturer's box with all of the expected manuals. It even arrived a few days early. Would purchase again.

- Our goal is to give the consumer a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt.
Following must be included in any return:
o Original manufacturer's packaging (intact) and copy of invoice.
o All the manufactur's accessories.
o All included warranty cards, manuals and other papers.
o RMA number must be marked on outside of carton, Failure do to so may result in refusal of package
Please ship any returns insured for full value, to arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of receipt.
We will process a refund and issue credit to New Egg.com on the day we receive your return. Refund will be processed to your credit card minus the original shipping fee and minus an 8% restocking fee.
- To return an item, please obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) through New Egg.
Return the product unused and unworn in the same new condition as received in the original box with all original material. This includes all manuals, instruction booklets, tags, protective stickers, warranty cards and any other accessories that came with the watch.
Please note that dings and scratches will happen even if a watch is worn only for a few hours or if the watch was sized or altered in any way. It is impossible therefore to wear a watch for any period of time without getting it scratched or blemished. Accordingly, if the watch shows the slightest sign of being used/worn, sized, etc., we will not be able to accept it for return or refund. We do not sell used items and therefore, cannot accept for return, watches indicating any use by a customer.
