Cam in a document envelope with no bubble wrap and the packaging falling apart. Was not even able to fit in the white boxes they stuck the parts in. Installed the ballasts and bulbs then one one worked, had to take apart my intake to install took me three hours just to find out now I have to take it all back apart and hope they will get it right a second time around if they will even take it back now that it's scratched up and has electrical tape residue on the harness. Additionally, had no headlight on one side so had to go buy a bulb just to drive the car! Horrible seller do not buy any HID kits from this seller. Worst packaging I have ever seen. Shames new eggs name to even list it on their website.

Quality of product is very poor for the price. You can purchase a similar item on online for under $4 from unpopular online service. Seller charges a restocking fee for opened items so if you are unhappy with the quality of the itme you will have to pay the freight charges and a restocking fee if you want to return it. I have wasted a great deal of time emailing back and forthe that I am disappointed with the quality of the product but the seller will not waive the restocking fee. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

I cant even judge or review the quality of the product due to the fact that it was damaged unusable when I got it. the packing seem sufficient my guess it was broke in the box before it was sent. As long as the product works and proper means are followed no bad report
