Products may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days from delivery date. To qualify for return products must be unused, undamaged, in new, saleable condition, in their original boxes, with all original accessories and/or documentation. We will instruct Newegg to issue a full refund using original method of payment (less Shipping and Handling which are not refundable). Please, carefully package the item, insert a copy of the packing slip in the box and return to our address listed in the Return Authorization section using any trackable/insured method.
If you received the product in a damaged condition, you must retain the damaged product and all packing materials and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can file the claim with the carrier and send you replacement and arrange for returning the damaged or defective product if necessary. If you do not wish the replacement to be sent to you, the item can be returned in accordance with standard Return Policy provisions.
