Great deal and no problems. Only thing I would comment on is the shipping boxes could have been better. Lots of Styrofoam peanuts that got crunched and made a bit of a mess. But that's pretty minor overall.

This sub looks cool and sounds better. Just installed it a few days ago, this thing bangs perfect for my 91 Camry. Anything more and my fenders and bumpers will start falling off. This 8" provides deep bass without overpowering your passengers, and still leaves me plenty of trunk space. Definitely recommend if you want something is reasonable in power and price and won't require you to get a new alternator. I paired my sub unit with a Sony XMS1 mono sub amp, perfect companion.

Packaging was average, shipping cost was high, the item I purchased (Absolute DFL-1300IRB) lacked details both in the description section of the page as well as on the manufacturer's website.

Customer service and delivery was good. The $300 Jensen Stereo was not worth the money. The product has failed after two months. I'm now dealing with the manufacturer hoping for a replacement.

I am so thoroughly impressed with the customer service this company has. They inspected the subwoofer I purchased through them and found an error with the cone connector. I was called right away by the guy who inspected it and they offered me a better product than the original because of the inconvenience.
