Rating + 1 Sent me the watch that I returned

I notified the seller by phone that the watch that they sent to me was defective. I waited to contact them until I knew that they had received the RMA and called them. They said that they would send me a replacement but instead sent me the same watch that I returned. I notified them Friday 3/29 of this and am still waiting as of Wednesday 4/3 for a pick up and eventual credit. In the mean time I bought the same watch from another site for less than I paid WatchinGo. I would not do business with this company again and recommend that you do not as well. Poor and incompetent service.

Rating + 1 Watch out!

I received the wrong watch(much lower priced watch than what I ordered), contacted watchingo by email, twice, telling them I was willing to keep the wrong watch, still wanted the origional I ordered, but needed fair pricing for the watch I have.....Nothing in almost 3 months. Stay away from these bait and switch artists! Maybe this review will get their attention, and they will do the right thing.

Rating + 1 DO NOT BUY FROM WatchinGO

I was sent the wrong watch. I alerted newegg and vendor WatchinGo via email. No response from vendor. Newegg provided a phone number, which by the way does not work. No one is home! I'm tyring to get a refund. At this point have no confidence in WatchinGo. NewEgg is working to resolve. We'll see what pans out.

Rating + 1 Purchased item was cancelled by seller

I bought this item Movado Harmony Ladies Watch 0606058 when it was on sale. Item was scheduled to ship out via UPS. I was given the UPS tracking number. However, the package never got to UPS when I found out the next day that I received an RMA Number for a refund saying the item is sold out. Very poor customer service!!!

Rating + 5 Egg-cellent order!

This seller's asking price for this Skagen 906XLTTM was very competitive - $101 below list price at the time of purchase ... great deal! They also offered free shipping and their return policy was 'friendly' and fair (should it be needed). The [free] shipping with my order said "standard 5-7 days" but it was sent UPS NextDay Air Saver instead! Mistake? Who knows, but I'm not complaining! :) I'd have to say I'm extremely pleased with this seller and the overall order fulfillment - Very well done. The box had plenty of packing material protecting the watch so it was well protected from shock. I'm glad I ordered from GLOBALWATCHES on the Newegg Market.
