Bought some shoes for the Wife for Christmas. shipped fast as promised and shoes were perfect and in flawless condition as expected.

Note: I don't remember the exact name but I really wish they wouldn't ship with a giant SHOESTORE.COM on the return label during the Christmas season. Apparel Save would have been fine, a little discretion on the packaging would be a smart improvement I think. They kinda ruined the gift but... That's not exactly their fault either.

Rating + 1 package lost. no reply despite multiple queries sent.

although I received my Sperry shoe almost 1 month later, I don't know why the package went to Germany when it is supposed to be from USA to Singapore. Multiple queries sent directly via NewEgg to merchant and also via email fall on deaf ears. forcing me to open a paypal dispute but this can be avoided if the merchant had replied me. nevertheless, thank you NewEgg for replying on behalf of this irresponsible merchant.

On refunds you better have a lot of time to wait for your money, some time the people you try to call for your refund are not there half the time, this is not from NEWEGG it a company that is hook up with NEWEGG called Shoemetro vary shady company to deal with.

Ordered on Sept. 20, paid extra for 3 day shipping. Item was shipped Fed Ex ground and still hasn't arrived. This seller pocketed the extra I paid for shipping and still sent the package Fed Ex ground. To make matters worse, this was a birthday gift and it's late. I will not buy anything from Apparel Save again.

We purchased a pair shoes that did not fit we have spent months now trying to contact the seller to either get an exchange or refund with no avail and stuck with shoes that don't fit

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 – 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
