Nichols_lax Order Date : 12/28/2012	1/8/2013 9:14:03 AM Scammer Seller received order on 12/28 then verified and processed order on 12/31. Seller voided shipment on 01/02/13. After which item was still for sale at higher price on Newegg! Also, seller name is different from seller email contact through Newegg. Lastly, he forced RMA through against my request and notated "Reason: No longer Needed"!!! Not true, I had my items promised to others as gifts and even contacted Newegg saying I wanted the items. Best part of RMA, according to my paperwork on my dashboard I'm only being refunded the item's cost NOT the shipping. What shipping!?!?! According to him it was never shipped. (Newegg says they show shipping+items refunded, but I have to wait for my CC to verify this.) A disgusting process from beginning to end. RMA Policy

Most orders, unless otherwise specified on our website, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving. All Returns must be in like new condition and still in original factory package. Opened packages are subject to an additional restocking fee. Due to the nature of random content inside CCG booster packs and decks, they cannot be returned once they are opened. Customers are responsible for return shipping and all returns will be reimbursed on receipt once approved.

RMA instructions

Any returns should be sent back to the address on the shipping label. Once we receive your return, a refund will either be applied back to the credit card used for the purchase or a check will be issued. When returning merchandise, be sure to include a note with your order number and the details of the return.
