I ordered 18 led bulbs but didn't like the color produced and so I returned them (at my expense) for replacement or refund. The 3rd party company accepted the return but notified me today that the VERY SAME bulbs were being shipped to me again. Newegg rep said that they couldn't help me (he checked to see if he was allowed to provide return postage but was denied) & the 3rd party keeps going to voicemail (during posted business hours), so I expect another $20+ wasted in return charges!

i sent a cancel request about 3 hours later after placing the order. never got the reply. this is not a big deal since the order is just a very small amount and not worth the trouble sending it back. but i will stay away from newegg marketplace sellers from now on...

This is really a very bright bulb, it is not as bright as say a 100 watt normal bulb, but I needed it for low heat generation and low wattage. It performs both perfectly, keeps my desklamp cool and does not overdraw on my very well used outlet.

This company offers a 3 year guarantee and their product is really nice - seems like this is the beginning of the future with the way we have light bulbs - kudos - keep up the good work!

The seller was great but the bulbs weren't exactly what I expected in terms of the color of the light. Great service, great bulbs just not what I had envisoned.

Open Return Authorization number for Newegg is #RMA-Newegg-00 Please first contact LED Collections Inc., and provide report(s) of each batch of returned merchandise prior to shipping. Please return the merchandise with original boxes, packing materials and any other documentation included in original shipment within 7 business days after first reporting.
Once the returned item(s) have been received, credit will be given within 7 business days. Credit will be issued the same way the original payment was received. If the invoice is open, a credit memo will be issued and applied against the open invoice, with mutual approval.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges to ship merchandise back to the returns warehouse. Please send us the tracking number once the unit is shipped in order for us to track the shipment, as well as your subsequent credit.
