Now it's high and safe quality reassure USA's consumers. Users can do it very easily and quickly by themselves to make their house faucets to be an automatic faucets (by intelligent sensor system). And that would be more efficient for your water resource conservation and keep family from bacterial infection.

Even though house faucets without threads, they can use the auxiliary fitting "with 3 screws-adaptor to screw onto house faucets" to completely install the add-on auto spout's adaptor.

Rating + 1 Bad experience with the seller

Absolutely bad experience with the seller:
1) The item did not fit even though advertised to be compatible.
2) I was asked to provide a review on the item, which I did, where I indicated that it was no use for me.
3) I was contacted by the seller via email to describe the issue, I spent time replying, even provided the photo, trying to help the seller to improve the product.
4) The seller did not bother to reply.

How are you! This is from auto spout, Edward Chou. Many thanks to use our auto spout. And this is Taiwan No. 1 production.

We have responsed to newegg on 16th March, and we marked with "very important" to each other, we hope you have seen this e-mail's contents.
Here, we will re-write the contents:

[Please help us to send this extra manual info to the customer who gave us one star on 1/7/2012. This info is much clearer than the video according to my selling experience for this auto spout in the international market.)
*Unless
1. Customer house thread's specification is not the normal size.
2. The adaptor size mostly is used in USA is: Male Thread: 15/16"-27 UNS and the Female Thread: 55/64"-27 UNS.
3. The original house faucet which thread has worn out or the thread is not enough deep to match our adaptor (if shallow thread).
4. CUstomer house's thread is thick thread; auto spout is thin thread.

More than above-mentioned reasons, our R&D will welcome to customer's extra special experience.

We, all apologize that if customer has any troubles occured by using our auto spout.

If our auto spout could be applied to customer's house, then, we would send our most regards to him, and would send the customer extra white and chrome plated color to greet Newegg consumer.
