I ordered a set of ceramic knives and 2 were defective with chips in the blade. Very super sharp knives with great handles. Seller replaced both right away.

Knives are sharp. Delivery was a little slow [over 8 days], and Fed Ex delivery point for this area gave it to USPS for delivery. I didn't get it till after Christmas.

Shipping was free; received shipment within the 5-7 day timeframe. Even though only a $30 item, it was packed with precise care to prevent shifting and breakage.
