Great company, and great customer service. Wish the vendors that supply this and others would take a little more Quality Control of their respective products. I understand that once a box is opened, even though it is not shrinkwrapped, it is considered and Open Box item afterward. But, really I would rather the effort be place on making sure the items ordered are actually not physically damaged, the items working the way they should is of other than the shipping company's responsibility. When I receive an order and even one of the items has very noticeable physical defects or damage, then why ship it in that condition. Should be able to be swapped with another off the shelf that has been verfied good physically prior to shipment to the consumer.

My wireless shutter doesn't work. I called Optika technical support and they weren't able to help me either. I'm going to try some more setting on the device and if it doesn't work, I'm going to return the item. Right now, it's useless when I thought it was going to be easy to use.
Also, there were inadequate instructions on how to use it.

I purchased a timer for a Sony camera for a xmas present. The timer did not fit the camera, even though it was supposed to. I immediately packaged it in the same materials and sent it back. Unfortunately, it took multiple phone calls, several emails, and lots of patience on my part to get a refund. And the process took several months! Not good customer service. I would hesitate to purchase from seller again. The item not fitting was not their fault, but the return process was ridiculous.

Shipping took forever.
This seller shipped my item to an address I've never even seen or even have on file. I would not recommend buying from them.

They sent the package very well protected and professional. It arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The product itself is also extremely nice quality. Seems like a great seller to me.

Worst seller ever. They ship your item to who knows where, then promise a refund, which you have to jump through hoops to get. Ordered $500 in products from Newegg on this day, and this seller couldn't deliver a $25 product. SMH.
