it was a nice deal however the picture advertised is so big that it raises the customer expectation so high. it is disappointing once you realize how small the stone really is. The frame that hold the stone is too big for it.

I would warn against buying from this company. I placed my order a week ago, the next day they sent a tracking number, but did not give the package to the shipping company. Why send the customer a tracking number if you do not have the package ready to be shipped?
I called them 3 times during business hours and had to leave messages, no one ever called me back. I even went through a newegg rep and they could not contact the company either. I think newegg should drop any ties with this company ASAP. So at this point, they have my money and have my product and I will just have to wait. Looks like my wife will have 1 less gift under the tree this christmas.....Thanks DivaDiamonds.......

I bought a ring from them that they claimed to have a 1/2 carat worth of diamonds in and when i got the ring appraised it had barely a 1/4 carat worth of diamonds. The appraiser said that the actual value of the ring was less then half what i paid for it

I ordered a blue earring set, 1Ct TW .95 platinum.
The diamonds were a bit dark, though even the jeweler can't predict what shade of blue a radiation treatment will yield. I can tell the cut isn't the greatest, but it's much less important with earrings than with, say, an engagement ring. This seller shipped the order within a week and it arrived on time. The whole shipping process did take a while, but it was being shipped from the East Coast to the West, so I can't complain. The price was also very good. Would buy from this seller again. I only wish the seller would advertise the cut/color/clarity of the products, though I assume it varies greatly.

I was sent a diamond with a nice gouge in it. That should have been mentioned in the description that the rings are so cheap because of the extremly noticable flaws in the cut stones.
