I personally would rather pay for better shipping such as UPS or FEDEX than have things shipped for free threw USPS since their tracking system is totally non existent. It still says they don't have the information in the system even after the item was crammed into my mailbox. Otherwise very happy with the experience and will most definitely shop with them again. N/A Order Date : 8/3/2011	8/17/2011 5:53:02 PM no battery? no response to my email My snark guitar tuner came somewhat poory packaged - but the tuner was thankfully intact. However, there was no battery in the tuner! This tuner definitely comes with a battery. I paid @ $5 for the battery. I sent an email to newegg on this...an never received a reply. Very poor customer service. Seller Response:Sorry you didn't get a battery. We never received an email from you. New Egg marketplace is fairly new and they have not fully updated all the tools. In fact, we have no way to contact our customers at all - New Egg provides no facility for this. They are working hard to remediate it.
