Rating + 1 Service non-existent

Sunglasses broke after a few normal uses. Tried to get replacement or refund and this company "Virtual Exchanges" never replied. Service is apparently non-existent. Sunglasses are trash now. I love Newegg but will never buy from this company again.

Rating + 1 Awful Customer Service

Emailed them numerous times to return an item and never heard back. I even tried emailing newegg directly and received no response. It's been months and have yet to hear back from either of them. I thought I was getting a good deal on a pair of shoes, but I guess you get what you pay for. I would stay away from this seller.

Rating + 1 Denied my cancellation request

I placed this order by accident and requested it be cancelled by contacting both the seller and Newegg live chat. I did this within five minutes of placing the order. The seller never responded and Newegg live chat did what they could by contacting the seller.

Rating + 1 no problem with end reseller. HUGE problem with Newegg support

i have bought a lot from newegg over the years. the only problem i ever had was with rebates, which i attributed to a 3rd party out of neweggs control. This however has been my first experience with neweggflash and I can say I will never use it again, and my never purchase from newegg again period. i have been trying for a month now to return an item that i only purchased because it had no restocking fee, so i thought there would be no harm done if it didnt fit. unlike the normal returns process, i have been bounced around by online chat threads and have received 0% response rate from any customer service email ( virtualexchanges or newegg). After reaching out 5 times to newegg, i finally have a rma slip, which will expire in 7 days now, and cannot get anybody to issue me the postage that typically comes with rma. I never thought I'd say that newegg was bad with returns, but it's come a long way from what i knew

too small for me. curved end of ear pieces sit on top
middle of my ear and lenses were not large enough
to qualify as aviator. may be great for smaller framed
person. refund was slow,

Rating + 2 Seller never replied me.

I ordered two pair of sun glasses from the seller - one Timberland & one Kenneth Cole. Shipping was pretty fast and the wrap was decent. However, I found out that the frame are too narrow for me. I sent seller a return inquiry asking for the policy of returning right away. Now it just like a lead balloon, I never heard back from this seller for more than 2 weeks.

Item was shipped quickly, but was obviously a factory reject, gunmetal frame is corroded and has many spots with no finish. Very poor quality control, would not buy again ever, and would not recommend

RMA Policy
    Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Virtual Exchanges will not be able to reimburse any return shipping costs or provide a return shipping label. Virtual Exchanges will only provide a return shipping label if there was an error made in the processing of the order. (Ex. Order was placed for a size 9 shoe, but a size 6 shoe was processed and shipped).
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
