I separately ordered a Roomba remote control and Auto Virtual Wall. After confirming the order and authorizing payment the seller cancelled the Remote order with no explanation. The virtual wall did ship, but when it arrived today it is NOT the Auto Virtual Wall I ordered but the Manual Version. This seller does not deliver the experience I expect from NewEgg.

I ordered an item that had 2 pieces to it. I received only one and was not told the other was no longer available, but they were going to charge me full price for both items. I had to ask to find out that the other piece was no longer available and request a return.

I have ordered 2 Pack ZVac Dirt Devil F3 Washable HEPA Filters 3250435001 but received only 1 (one) filter. Email GoVacuum.com and did not get any response back.

Almost 3 weeks to get original order, which was the wrong part. Ordered lower wand, received upper. Customer service is a joke. Still waiting on reply for shipping correct part. No prepaid process for returning wrong part - "just ship it back." Good luck.

Item was destroyed in shipping due to poor packaging. Multiple emails to NewEgg, but they don't even bother to reply. Very disappointed.

My purchase was sent very quickly, but it was broken into pieces. I contacted the seller for a RMA, they emailed that they would contact me shortly to resolve the issue, that was on 11/15/12, nothing since.

GoVacuum.com failed to get order to me promptly. It took two attempts to ship, broken promises by their reps and 19 days to get my order to me. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

Seller shipped product to wrong address and was then sent back to their company. In which I contacted them and I was assured that they were looking into it. It has been 4 days now and still no reply. Also it took 3 days for them to ship the product. Almost 2 weeks later I still do not have the product or my refund.

I ordered an item on the 19th of august and my order never went past order verification, Newegg had auto-voided it saying they had a policy for merchants to ship in a timely manner (this was the 22 no communication) the next day the order arrives.
Apparently they shipped it but did not bother updating newegg with caused the cancellation contacting the seller by phone is impossible they never answer and never reply to emails. The only reason this got 2 stars is because the Newegg Marketplace support team worked with me to clear this up ASAP. If you purchase from these people expect possible problems regarding shipping and communication in general. A side note the item arrived in excellent condition once sent!

A restocking fee up to 35% will be applied to machines that are heavily used, shows signs of accidental, misuse or abuse by the consumer. All machines should be returned in like new condition, with the original packaging, manuals, attachments, accessories and in the original box to avoid a restocking fee.
