The product was slow to deliver. Took almost a week for them to get the product out. Newegg tells its other distributors to have the product out in less than 4 days.

I rate this seller as 0 out of 100. As long as newegg continues to allow this company to sell under the newegg banner you will continue to be tainted by their incompetent and perhaps dishonest business practices. Read your own buyers comments about them - selling old and used batteries, failing to ship orders on time. You can choose between their business or mine!

Had an obscure battery I needed for a replacement phone on Sprint. They shipped it promptly and the battery works great. Waiting on the Samsung galaxy S4 right now but the replacement phone is working great!

Would give 0 star if could. Sent me a bad battery that was used and would not hold a charge. It was suppose to be new! Don't use this company Cell Lounge it is not newegg.

Anxiously waiting and waiting and waiting with no way of knowing when my stuff is getting here because the tracking number they gave doesn't exist and running down to the last day of the designated shipping time. If I at least had an ACTUAL tracking number, this message would have probably been positive.
