Shipped quickly and on time. I had to return the shirt due to ordering the wrong size, but they were very helpful in getting it exchanged. Other than having to pay to send the shirt back (it was my mistake so it is understandable) they were a pleasure to do business with.

Rating + 1 just ridiculous service

I have bought many things from new egg over the years
but this is the first time i received a defective item ( boots)
i used new eggs request rma in my account twice , i got no reply either time nor does the rma request show in my account
i finally had to contact new egg my emai , well after 8 days they finally tell me to send them back to the seller ( ) at my expense
both new egg and their seller have failed at even the most simple customer service in this case
i would give both no stars if it was possible

I live in California but they delivered my stuff to Texas via USPS. I got nothing yet. Did not know USPS was going to be involved. What a pain.

Rating + 1 Good item, terrible delievery service

My wife loved the pants. They were supposed to be a surprise gift for her on a Breast Cancer Awareness fund raiser. Too bad it took well over 2.5 weeks for delivery to arrive. I placed my order on May 13th. If I follow the FedEx Tracking info the item has been in my home town here since May 18th. The USPS claims the item was never received and that I need an individual tracking # of the item and not the FedEx # which is of the pallet, not my item. FedEx said they can't give me that # and thinks my local Post Office is full of it. After numerous messages sent to and from the seller, FedEx and my local Post Office and seeing zero traction the item finally arrived in my mailbox today May 31st. I would mark zero eggs if I could due to all the finger pointing and lack of any answers between all 3 parties. I don't hold Newegg accountable for any of these problems. At least they were of some assistance to me when all others played the blame game.

Rating + 1 Shirt Stays not as advertised

The description says they are adjustable up to 28", however they are way too short and only adjustable to approximately 15". This causes way too much tension when attached from the shirt to the sock. Seller seemed disinterested to make it right.

Rating + 5 GREAT HAT

I really wanted an all-wool knit cap. I was beginning to give up hope when llbean couldn't help me. I googled "wool watch cap" and found I never would have thought have looking here. I bought 2 hats. They were so inexpensive I was afraid they wouldn't be good quality but they are superb. If I ever need more I will order them here although I expect the ones I have to last a long time.
