Rating + 1 didn't recieve everything i was supposed to

I bought what was supposed to be 4 pounds of chessex pound-o-dice so a total of 4 bags and I only received one. I have emailed world at play several times. I have received nothing back from them and it's been almost three weeks since the first message. I'm livid about it. I have screenshots where it says what it's supposed to be . I have the box and the bag of dice, the bag is un opened And I have all the paperd too still. I'm not happy this considered false advertisement....

Have to be quick due to limit. Order made before Christmas for present. Good prices, arrives and surprise one of the items is completely different. Looking through reviews this is nothing new for this seller and they always say it is Newegg's fault. Do you know how much of a pain it is to do a return? Especially to tell a kid that "Sorry remember those pictures we showed you on christmas and that you have been following tracking for and opened the box for, I will have to try and return this for something that they probably do not even stock" because they can not even check their own listings. I did try and email this seller, and have not heard one thing. I contacted Newegg because I will be honest every third party seller I have dealt with on NE has completely sucked and given me issues and they are giving me a run around also. I tried to wait and eventually had to let him have the third item because I could not get a response to my email from the seller. Great prices, give them that

I tried canceling my order over 15 times over a span of three days. All the times I tried calling them they didn't pick up nor did they respond to my emails. I will never buy from them again worst customer service ive seen in a LONG time.

Great price for the item itself but WAY too much for shipping. USPS has much better prices now, you should check them out for shipping "If it fits it ships."

Ordered, shipped, arrived, just like you'd expect. Packaging made sense for the item, however.... styrofoam packing peanuts seems out of date. Would prefer something I don't feel bad throwing away.

Rating + 2 Not what I ordered

It took them until a follow up email to actually ship my order. This was several days after I got a confirmation email from NewEgg. I ordered 7 miniatures from this vendor. I received 5 correct miniatures and 2 incorrect ones. The Anima:Tactics figures for Maria and Gemini are incorrectly listed. They are actually Kagemaru and Clover respectively. Fortunately for me, I didn't already own either figure and the price I paid for all 7 miniatures were bargains. Still, I would not order from them again since I'm not sure I will receive what I order.

I am sorry that you received 2 miniatures which were not what you ordered. Matches are done on newegg using the UPC code and apparently there was a problem with the two catalogue pages involved. I appreciate that you decided to keep the two miniatures. I have issued you a courtesy refund on your shipping in appreciation of your business.

    CONDITION - Items returned must be in new and unopened condition in order to receive credit. Items purchased and then used are not returnable.

    RETURN AUTHORIZATION - All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please contact us by phone or email to receive your RMA # and mailing instructions before returning an item.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
