Professional, good packaging, never a problem.
The only improvement I could think of is if they started listing the lug width of the watches they sell, so customers can order bands or bracelets with the watches.

Rating + 2 Watch is fine, but...

10% restocking fee for returns is a negative for any online purchase where you cannot see and touch the product in person. Further, I paid $24.00 for two day shipping only to find out after I submitted the order that there would be a two day window to fill the order BEFORE it was shipped. Ridiculous! Lastly, I ordered from NewEgg because I thought I was buying from NewEgg; not Island Watch. Next time I'll use that other online giant.

Very trusted seller in WIS community. Purchased only one watch from this seller, but seeing great reviews on various watch forums and now experiencing seller's very prompt processing, delivery and communication just verified a stellar ratings.

Rating + 3 bad communicators

Too bad they sell expensive watches, because they can not keep the buyer properly informed. Had to call customer service to obtain a tracking number, as none would be provided in teh e-mails informing me the item has shipped and my credit card got charged. Learn from other online reatilers you are afraid of, since you are censoring my review (the makers of Kindle, you know what that means)

Rating + 4 Watch Repair Kit

Sorry, I can't give 5 stars for a one time deal. Repair kit came in good time. The kit itself works, but don't expect to run a shop with it, it is not made for that. Shipped in a somewhat odd packaging (it was free though). I'd say this was a pretty good first time experience with them.

    Return Policy

    If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, call or email us within 30 days of receipt to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Customers must contact us to obtain the RMA number. The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages sent without an RMA number will be rejected.

    The watch must be returned in original packaging including all manuals, warranty cards and any other original packaging. You are responsible for the safe shipment of the watch back to Island Watch. We will not be responsible for any damage encountered in transit.
    You are required to pay for all shipping costs. Collect shipping will be refused. For your own protection, you may wish to insure the watch you are returning. If you choose not to insure the package, all liability for loss or damage in transit is yours.

    A one time restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged for each item returned to us to cover expenses. This fee is not charged on exchanges.

    A watch can only be returned if it has never been worn. The same applies to bands and clasps. It is impossible to wear a watch/band/clasp (even for short) periods and not get it scratched or blemished. If the watch shows the slightest sign of being worn, we will not accept it, as we do not sell used or refurbished merchandise.

    If the watch you are returning has been resized or modified in anyway, such as removing bracelet links, we will not issue a refund. Special orders are not returnable under any circumstances. Clearance items may only be exchanged. No refunds.

    Exchange Policy

    The exchange policy is the same as the return policy except for the following:
    Call or email us to find out the availability of an optional model.
    Enclose invoice with defect information or optional model number desired.
    All exchanges are charged our regular shipping fees (except for exchanges due to defective merchandise) to return the item to you.

    If the watch is found to be defective, the watch will be either repaired or replaced with the same model and the original band will be put on the new watch.
    Credits/refunds are not given for defective watches. They can only be exchanged for the same models. The same policy applies to watch bands. Defective watch bands can only be exchanged for the same bands. Should the defective watch or band be discontinued and no longer available, customer can choose another item of the equal value as a replacement. In the case of defective merchandise, customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and we will pay for the shipping when we send out the replacement.

    After a package is received, please allow up to five business days for it to be inspected. After that, either refund or exchange will be given accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
    When returning an item for ANY reason, please use the below address. Note that you should NOT use the word “Watch” anywhere on the package, including the address, as this increases the chance of the package being stolen in transit.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
