5-7 day shipping turned out to be 10 days. Missed Valentines Day by just that much. Rude cutomer service. Never again.....

Ring was pretty much as expected, perhaps a bit thinner (width wise) than I'd anticipated, but thats probably just because I didn't picture the measurement adequetly. Weight is good, polish is high. Wish it were slightly more domed, its a bit flatter than I had hoped, but my husband likes it fine. And at the great cost, if he loses it (which he has a tendancy to do!) I won't mind! This product fits our needs very well. And the shipping was excellent... very fast, and nicely boxed!

The ring we received has a major flaw in it. We would have sent it back but we needed it for a wedding. The pearl necklace set looks like it came from a dollar store. The quality of the products are really bad. The only thing I can say positive is that you did ship fast.
