I have requested an RMA return athorization twice from this seller as my watch battery was Dead o n arrival. No repsonse at all from them. Also l.eft two voicemail messages. No response.

croton watch that came from timezone 123 must have been on the shelf for some time , because it has the old style clasp lock on band (compared to the same model offered at another online retailer for the same price other then not free shipping)and probably not with a battery thats doa !

TimeZone123 is very customer oriented. The item that I ordered was exactly correct, but larger than I had imagined. They quickly allow a return and refund. I would do business with them again.

No problems with this seller. The watch was as described, arrived promptly and I am happy with it.
Same merchant advertised same watch at the big A site, but wanted extra for shipping. Same price at Newegg, but shipping was included.

This is a beautiful watch it just fit by wrist just right, because i have a small wrist most of the watches I get are too big

I submitted a request for returning this watch a few days ago, but I haven't heard back. The watch is much bigger than it appears on the site and I cannot use it. I am awaiting response, and would like to return the item for a refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from date of purchase to request an exchange or return.
All exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
1. Product must be in new, unworn condition with no physical changes such as scratches or removed links.
2. All packaging material and tags, if supplied, must be intact
3. A Return Authorization Number must be requested within 14 days of purchase via e-mail address listed below and must be clearly included in all returns. Product must then be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving the Return Authorization.
