Curiously, when the purchase was confirmed, the tracking number that came from the vendor was useless gibberish. The number meant nothing on any carrier. The box did arrive in a timely fashion via UPS. The box did have a valid tracking number on the label.
The item was nicely packed and arrived in good condition. I'd buy from them again, but I know I won;t be able to track the item.

Received notification the item was shipped on 4/15/2013. As of 4/26/2013 item still not here. Tracking number does not show up in the "shippers" website. Wish zero eggs were a choice and that I read the other current reviews prior to ordering. I wouldn't have ordered it from Jomashop. Will dispute the charge on the credit card if it does not arrive by the card cycle date.

Products are junk. They don't last. My rose gold band on a watch I bought my girlfriend started to fade after 3 months of wearing. Nothing this company can do but if I would have bought through the manufacture, I would have been able to return it.

Still haven't got my item yet, and its going on 3 weeks, I ordered it, paid and it said ships within 5-7 days, all lies. Do not buy from this Jomashop. Cant to see what will be wrong with my watch when it finally arrives.

I've been trying to get them to replace a defective watch for more than a month now and I still have made no progress. They are not putting any effort into helping me out. They continuously ignore my messages.
I wish Zero eggs was a rating choice.

The product shipped quickly, however the watch band broke after less than 2 days. I requested an RMA label through Newegg's process of contacting the seller, and I have not received a response. It's been about 10 days.
Jomashop's return policy is that they must be notified within 5 days. I better not have an issue on this return.... I will update my comment if/when I hear back from the seller.

The item came outside of the 5 to 7 day window. Sat in order processed for 3 days.
Item arrived, with sticky smudges like it had been used. Batteries were basically dead upon arrival. Got about 5 minutes of use. Product did what it was supposed to.

My order was processed and shipped in 18 hrs. Watch was well packaged. I will most likely buy from this company in the future. Over all great service.
