Standard Return Policy
Bag King allows 45 days from the delivery date to return an unused item. All items must be returned in the same condition as you received them, unused with tags attached. If your item is defective, please refer to Damage / Warranty Information.
Once Bag King receives the return item(s), a refund will be applied to your credit card for the price of the item and any taxes. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipment such as FedEx or UPS.
Damage / Warranty Information
If your product fails within the first 60 days of purchase, Bag King will guarantee the product against manufacturer defects as long as the product is used for the purpose intended under normal conditions. This does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect. After 60 days, please contact the manufacturer to find out the length and specifics of their warranties.
To return the damaged item(s) to Bag King, please submit a request. Please allow 1-2 business day(s) for your request to be processed. Bag King may ask for proof of damage in the form of a picture to help us verify your merchandise is covered under warranty. After the approval, Bag King will issue a prepaid return label. Once we receive the damaged product we will apply a refund to your credit card or, if you would like, send you a replacement.
