Rating + 1 Ipad came DOA. It was sent back for repair or echanged. They did not repair it nor did they give me an echanged, but hold up my money for 30 days.

Ipad came DOA. It was sent back for repair or echanged. They did not repair it nor did they give me an echanged, but hold up my money for 30 days. Very bad service when calling them for date it would be repaired or exchanged. They kept stinging me a long saying it will be repaired or exchanged at a latter date, but it wasn't. Without calling me about the item, they just sent my money back around 30 days latter. I wanted a Ipad, not my money back. They have many Ipads but would not give me an exchange.

Rating + 1 Worse Experience Ever

I cancelled the order on 12/18/15. They still sent it. I returned the device back to them. I am still waiting on my refund. They have given me the run around since day 1. The supervisor Simry is the worst. The customer service rep that refuses to give her name will not follow through with anything and provides you with wrong info. Matthew was the only customer service rep that even tried to help resolve my issue. Horrible experience. Reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered iphone4 on 12/15/15,cancelled order that evening, shipper said already shipped. phone arrived. emailed JEMJEM for rma and return information (never unsealed the phone box), took to usps on 12/24/2015 to return to shipper,post office shows they received phone on 12/28/2015 @ 959AM. JEMJEM has acknowledged receiving. multiple emails to JEMJEM about refund and as of 01/13/2016 have not received refund. their follow up reply email is a joke.

Rating + 1 Won't get my business again

I ordered two IPads, and they billed me then Auto-RMA'd them back to the warehouse (not at my request). I called, and there was some type of error. So after I was refunded my money I ordered the two IPads again, and again they were Auto-RMA'd. Both times this happened it was after they had successfully billed my PayPal. So after the second time, I got my money back and went to Best Buy. Wasted three weeks trying to order something from this vendor, won't ever happen again.

I would not recommend this seller!!! I ordered a item from them on Nov 28 and never received it. There customer service is horrible and I keep getting emails with the same questions that I've already answered multiple times. I still have not been reimbursed and received the product. I'm still out with nothing.

Rating + 2 Shipped to wrong address

I ordered a refurbished iPad and when checking on the shipping arrival time by tracking the package I discovered it was being shipped to wrong address. When I sent an email to inquire they simply responded with its resolved and no explanation . I then get an email saying a refund was being processed for me but no other information. I don't know if I am getting a replacement or not . This was to be a Christmas gift for my Dad and am now very frustrated with the minimal communication I am receiving.

Rating + 1 JemJem No Go

Purchased a refurbished iPad 3. Product arrived with some exterior damage, as would be expected with a refurb. No problem. Attempted to plug it in and found that the charger port was crimped and wouldn't connect without forcing the connector in. Problem. A quality assurance check before shipping must have been skipped. Approximately two weeks after getting the RMA for replacement, JemJem refunded the purchase. No explanation until we called newegg. Out of stock, right before Christmas. Sure wish that QA had happened on the original purchase.

    All orders are protected with 30 days return period and warranty. All refurbished items comes with 30 day warranty for replacement or refund from the time of purchase. RMA instructions
