Item came broken, then went on sale, ordered another, order was cancelled, price went back up, still waiting for email from them for RMA (a week after I submitted it) Item ships from China VERY SLOW
Seller Response:After we got your email which tells us that the item you got doesn't work, we replied you and ask you to send us a photo as proof so we can refund or resend you a new one. You did not reply us so we let newegg to handle your case. We just need proof to prove the problem you reported and then we will refund or resend on your choice. Anyway, we are sorry for any inconvenience.

If you return the product(s) to us within 14 days, we will refund you the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error).
