Rating + 1 Really sucks product and services.

This is the very first time I am so mad on shopping at Newegg. Because the product is fault and can not work at all. When I ask for return, the newegg said this is sold by third party so they will not accept any return or replacement or even help. I have to deal with " third party" which is dyson retailer called "Dyson.USA". First of all, how would I know this product is sold by third party since I find it on newegg. Moreover, even the product sold by third party, but newegg play as a sales platform still have obligation to assist their client to deal with fault product sold on newegg website. Moreover, Dyson.USA also has very bad customer service I never have before. It's very hard to return or exchange, and they never follow up the customer compliant. I would never buy product at newegg anymore, The other online sales platform has better service.

Rating + 1 I'm sure it was a good vacuum..

After opening and setting it up, I started to use it.. but after a while it starts giving this loud noise, almost like a nonstop whine, but it sounds very awful but it still does work and suck up garbage. I called the number on the machine, which told me they've never heard of Dyson USA. So after trying to make calls, waiting for long and troubleshooting plugs or not.. I gave up. Now it just sits there.

Rating + 3 Not refurbished as described

We purchased a refurbished DC41 and it had tags suggesting the it had been tested and refurbished as required. However, after spending hours attempting to assemble the vacuum, we discovered a piece that had completely broken off inside the hose. It took a bit to remove it, but worked fine after that. There is no way it could have been tested and certified as refurbished with the broken piece in it.

So I got a good deal on a Dyson fan... wait not a New dyson a refurbished dyson that they tried to pass as new. Then they try to name themselves Dyson.USA I am reporting these guys to dyson.

Rating + 1 Refurbs are a joke

Fan came in filthy and scratched. The note inside said it was professionally cleaned and repaired by a Dyson tech... but it looked more like it was bought from a garage sale after heavy use in a dirty environment and put in a new box. Very disappointed.

I was very disappointed that my vacuum didn't work right out of the box. After a bit of research and thorough examination of my vacuum, I discovered it was missing a small hose connecting the brush to the main unit. So why did I give them 5 eggs? Two words: customer service.

I went into an online chat session with someone and they helped me register my vacuum, pinpoint what was needed and ordered it right then and there. It all happened in a very short amount of time and I was very pleased with the process.

    Defective Merchandise:
    Customers have 30 days from the shipment date to return defective merchandise. When customers contact ABC Vacuum Warehouse within the 30 day window, they have the option to receive a replacement unit or a refund with ABC paying the return shipping. Once the item arrives at ABC’s warehouse, the replacement unit will be shipped or the refund will be issued within 48 business hours.

    Unsatisfactory (did not meet expectations) Merchandise:
    Customers have 30 days from the shipment date to return unsatisfactory merchandise for a refund or replacement item. Customers have two options: they can pay the return shipping costs and receive a full refund –or— ABC pays the return shipping, and the customer receives a full refund sans 10 percent for restocking fees. Once the item has been returned and inspected, the refund will be issued within 48 business hours.

    Address Changes or Corrections: If you placed an online or phone order with an incorrect address you need to contact us by phone as soon as you discover it. Please do not send emails. We process orders as they come in so it is imperative that you act quickly. If your order has already shipped out, we can still make corrections but we will charge $15.00 to do this. This correction fee will be charged to your credit card.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
