How do we sell vacuum cleaners for such low prices? We buy in volume. We also purchase from a network of suppliers that have overstock or are going out of business. Overhead is kept low and employees are not paid through commission. We literally stack 'em high and sell 'em cheap!

Stay away, did not follow through agreement, Ordered a Yellow, received Purple, was told I would get a $25.00 credit and a battery replacement, have not received either... Better off buying a new one or another brand. See all reviews I am not the only one...

They miss represented what was in the box. Two items that were listed to come with the product did not come.They sent me an email saying they would send the items out immediately. The next day they send me another email saying that they were not sending the items out...

Purchased a Refurb Dyson Vacuum from ABC and it was missing a part that was in the listing. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and sent out the item promptly.

Hoover cleaner wouldn't dispense detergent. I didn't need to use until the short guarantee ran out. always test product from this supplier immediately.

Purchased refurbished DC41 and was extremely satisfied with both product and ABC Vacuum Warehouse. Product shipped quickly and looked brand new. All manuals and product info were included. The price for this refurbished unit made it a no-brainer - I had checked other sites and could not find better price.
ABC was also very responsive to my needs when I had a questions regarding finding Serial# for unit and info regarding original listing. When unit was purchased, the original listing suggested I would receive "tangle free" turbine tool but received older edition of tool - when I brought this their attention, they admitted that listing info was their mistake and sent me the tangle free tool at their cost.. I would definitely buy from ABC Vacuum Warehouse in the future. They were extremely professional and helpful (and the unit looked brand new and works great)!

RMA Policy
    Defective Merchandise:
    Customers have 30 days from the shipment date to return defective merchandise. When customers contact ABC Vacuum Warehouse within the 30 day window, they have the option to receive a replacement unit or a refund with ABC paying the return shipping. Once the item arrives at ABC’s warehouse, the replacement unit will be shipped or the refund will be issued within 48 business hours.

    Unsatisfactory (did not meet expectations) Merchandise:
    Customers have 30 days from the shipment date to return unsatisfactory merchandise for a refund or replacement item. Customers have two options: they can pay the return shipping costs and receive a full refund –or— ABC pays the return shipping, and the customer receives a full refund sans 10 percent for restocking fees. Once the item has been returned and inspected, the refund will be issued within 48 business hours.

    Address Changes or Corrections: If you placed an online or phone order with an incorrect address you need to contact us by phone as soon as you discover it. Please do not send emails. We process orders as they come in so it is imperative that you act quickly. If your order has already shipped out, we can still make corrections but we will charge $15.00 to do this. This correction fee will be charged to your credit card.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
