They shipped the promised watch quickly. Note that they provide their own warranty, not the manufacturer's warranty because they are not an authorized seller.

Comments: My item was on the FedEx truck by 2pm for an order I placed early in the morning. Note that the seller is in Phoenix so if you're on the East Coast and you really need an item fast, you should spring for 2 day shipping. Ground will likely take 4 days (MAYBE 3). But don't worry that if you pay extra for 2 day shipping, the seller might hold on to it for two days and then sell it (all the Newegg 'warnings' say 1-2 days handling, which might be the case for other sellers). As for the item, you should read the description of the company carefully. This is a company that takes excess inventory and sometimes the item may not be in original packaging (damaged original packaging, returns, who knows?). The watch I bought came nicely packaged but not the original packaging that I've seen in photos on [enter another major online vendor]...still very presentable, even for a gift. The watch I bought was over 40% less than [vendor not previously mentioned] and 65% off list.

Wow is all I can say. Ordered on a Saturday and got my watch MONDAY! Someone here certainly goes above and beyond. My Citizen watch was as described and the price allowed me to own a much nicer timepiece than my budget allowed.

The watch I ordered arrived earlier than expected, in its original box and even with the current time set! When I made the order and inquired about shipping time, I received a prompt reply. Finally, the price for the watch I ordered was absolutely unbeatable. I will definitely order from this merchant again when the opportunity arises.
