This seller practices deceitful sells tactics buy saying they are a US based seller when in fact they are based in China. The seller goes as far as to provide a fake USPS tracking number before shipping the item well past the 5-7 days the listing said. I was in a time crunch to receive this item and the shipping time frame really mattered.

Rating + 4 Used with my Bose Lifestyle 28

I upgraded my home theater to an Onkyo/Klipsch setup and took down my Bose system but left the speaker wires there temporarily till mine were shipped. So Bose has these unique wires that connect to the Sub. I cut those off and tossed them by accident. Duh me...
So I found these tips and I was skeptical at first but I finally got them and I moved the Bose into another room and used these tips and I was so happy they worked. So now I'm going to replace the thin cheap Bose speaker wires with a nice 16 gauge wire.

Only CON is that they were shipped from China and Newegg hides that info or just doesn't seem to think their customers would like to know. If I knew they were coming from China I would have ordered differently. I needed these sooner. -1 Egg

Rating + 1 Sells things that don't work

The MIC stand does not go with the MIC that was sent. It does not fit the MIC. Yes, if I jam it in it will hold the MIC but it is not made for the microphone.

Rating + 1 Where do I start?

First off the site said 5-7 day shipping after i ordered i recieved my product 17 days later and it had been crushed like it was at the bottom of a pallet of weights. After i notified newegg they said they would have to notify vendor about the problem and would take 1-2 days. Tomtop wanted me to email pics of product before they would issus a replacement or return which i provided (twice) and they said they didnt get. Then Tomtop wanted to know if product was damaged to issue a return label. That was on july 26th and I am still fighting with them about getting a return label. I will not ever buy from Tomtop again and will be closing my newegg account. I have been a newegg customer for 10 years and this is the absolute worst experience i have had with them. And whenever I contacted newegg aboout the shipping all they could say was well it was delayed in customs. And when i contacted newegg about the damage all i got was well it will be up to Tomtop and we will email them about it. If you cant stand behind your vendors service then they dont need to be a vendor.

Rating + 1 Um, 5-7 days... From CHINA?

DISCLAIMER: The product has nothing to do with this rating.

So I ordered a simple headphone stand the same time I ordered a good pair of headphones that I want to showcase and keep off the desk. The price was low, free shipping. All together a good buy for something simple. Anyway, I wanted to receive these before or on the day the headphones showed up. Got the headphones 6 days after purchase and no stand. I follow up by tracking the package. The only thing it told me was that the order was "accepted" in.........................CHINA? How on earth does Newegg tell me its going to come from China in 5-7 days for free shipping? Not only that, but why wouldn't they tell me this was built and processed in China? Not anywhere in the product description (or lack there of) does it say its coming from there. So here it is, the 8th day after ordering and the tracking still only says "Processed through facility". I'm waiting TomTop. Maybe you should let people know that you are balls slow and is not going to be "5-7 days" as stated in the shipping details. I understand that you are an oversees company (didn't know that from the start) and I got free shipping out of the deal, BUT I expected it to come when you said it will come. I don't know, maybe I'm impatient. But I'm not the only one according to your previous ratings. I also see that people have been waiting still, even after the time I ordered my stand, and they ordered almost a month ago. Come one TOMTOP. Pick up your speed a little or tell people it will be longer please in the shipping details.

P.S. I don't want an "auto-response" from one of your "associates" to tell me that you are testing this and that it takes time. Give the people what they pay for or get your products off of Newegg please.

Apparently the 5-7 day "standard shipping" is the amount of time it takes them to ship an order. placed an order through them but..) realistically if I order on 7/9 and there isn't a shipping acceptance from the china post until 7/16 and it makes it to SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA on 7/18 how on earth am I going to get it in the guestimated 7 days? Newegg, I appreciate you giving me access to overseas sources, but let me know they are overseas.

The items sent to me were DOA. I sent several messages to request a return EMAIL and refund with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER NO MATTER HOW INEXPENSIVE THE ITEM MAY BE!!!.
