Rating + 1 Standard Shipping...

Apparently the 5-7 day "standard shipping" is the amount of time it takes them to ship an order. placed an order through Newegg.com(love them but..) realistically if I order on 7/9 and there isn't a shipping acceptance from the china post until 7/16 and it makes it to SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA on 7/18 how on earth am I going to get it in the guestimated 7 days? Newegg, I appreciate you giving me access to overseas sources, but let me know they are overseas.

The items sent to me were DOA. I sent several messages to request a return EMAIL and refund with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER NO MATTER HOW INEXPENSIVE THE ITEM MAY BE!!!.

Rating + 1 Complete waste of my time.

Ordered an in stock item. A few days later get a tracking number, that never worked.
Two weeks go by until *I* contact newegg/seller to find out what's going on.
Told they don't have any in stock and won't for several more weeks...

Complete waste of my time.
I should have been notified they were out of stock at some point without having to contact them myself.

Rating + 1 Garbage products and garbage service

Purchased a Mini Digital Music player (Item=9SIA1GK1C82512) mainly as a radio. The radio will not tune a single station despite several in range, the line-in is not functional and the unit suffers from power issues evident from the fact that the time resets while being plugged in. I reviewed the included manual to see if I was missing something; nope just the $ I spent on a defective product. I emailed TOMTOP to request a RMA for refund and received a response saying I wasn't using the product correctly and to read the manual. I replied explaining I read the manual and gave more details to the issues I was having with the product, again requested a RMA and received no response. After no response I contacted Newegg to assist; the emailed TOMTOP requesting support and NO response. I am not waiting for the Newegg Marketplace team to try to get a response from TOMTOP. Ordered the product on 5/21 and still messing with this. Recommend you AVOID TOMTOP and would hope Newegg ceases business with this vendor.

Look elsewhere if you want a functional product and support.

Rating + 1 Shipping was a lie

Shipping was stated as 5-7 days. 8 days after order I placed I had to email to find out what was up. The order was back ordered but was being sent that day (convenient). Then I find out the stuff is being sent from China. No where was that mentioned when ordering from the New Egg site. Very disappointed. No communication from Tomtop about status until I contacted them. NEVER AGAIN.

Rating + 1 Total thieves -- NO EGGS

Bought a bluetooth unit that wouldn't connect to any device I owned including desktop, laptop, tablet, cellphone or receiver and all of them are bluetooth devices. Contacted the seller and they said I should try a different type of device... Totally unhelpful and wouldn't refund.

The item I purchased wasn't all that expensive and I'm not going to go through anymore hassle with this vendor. I'm really annoyed that when I read the number of negative reviews for exactly the same sort of problem I had Newegg hasn't dumped them or tried to help buyers with them.

Newegg needs to wise up. This vendor is a total ripoff and a thief and a fraud. I can't say enough bad things about this purchase because even the shipping is awful and that's something that wasn't disclosed up front.

Avoid them at any cost. Scammers and liars don't deserve business.

Rating + 1 Disaster seller, never buying from 3rd party seller.

Do not buy from this seller. Very Very lazy customer service. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen for a company. It takes weeks to get the replacement, and yet I have not got my replacement.

Rating + 4 Haven't had any real contact with seller

I haven't had any contact with the seller which, in my mind, is a good thing. Means I have had not had to call for support, returns, defects, shipping issues, billing issues, etc. I placed my order, the item arrived and works as described. My only issue was that it came US Postal Mail. This means that, while it had a tracking number, the tracking was useless. UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc., all provide much better tracking and I wish seller would use them as the go to shipper.
