And now trying to still get refund for 3rd order!
Seller Response:We have issued refund for the 2 orders. We could not locate any sales record with the 3rd provide order ID nor did we receive any payment for a 3rd order from the same customer. We apologize for the matter as we are not sure how we could resolve it.

First they sent me the wrong color LG Tone Ultra then they sent me the right color but did not work well then they sent me a replacement then again was the wrong color during this hole ordeal they where going to give me $15 off on the one that did not work

Received an LG charger when i order a Samsung USB cable.
Tracking number showed nothing when i looked it up.
Is just cheaper to keep the wrong cable then returning it.

this order was supposed to include a Samsung AC charger and a LG G3 charger, only the Samsung was in the package, stay away, fraud!!! Plain and simple!!!

Seller sends item 3rd class usps mail so it takes up to 14 days to get to you. My package has literally been bounced around from depot to depot cause cause it's a 3rd class item. Next time order from someone who at least sends it 1st or 2nd class.

RMA Policy
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
    There is a 10% restocking fee for all purchases that are returned if the error is not on our part.

    Items that are defective or malfunctioning are covered by our 30 day money-back/replacement guarantee policy.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
