Moespeed Order Date : 4/22/2013	5/8/2013 7:24:20 PM still working and waiting on an outcome Ordered unit on 04/22/13, payment collected on 04/24/13. I was notified that it was shipped on 04/25/13, On 05/01/13 I noted that USPS had no status of item arriving for shipping, so I contacted the seller via email (The only working option) to get a status. As per seller, the warehouse in the US was waiting on a delayed shipment. The unit eventually arrived on 05/04/13 in a bare box with no information, instructions or a manual and was defective. They offer to send me a new one after I spend money on shipping the defective unit back to them. I shipped the unit back to seller on 05/06/13 with an expected delivery date of 05/09. I paid for 3 day delivery and had rush processing. I am very disappointed in newegg. I dont think it was them that sent it thou. I think it was an affiliate of them.
