sent toner labled TN-225 instead of the TN-221 ordered… with no explanation. if the 225's are the same as the221's, why aren't they labeled correctly? Makes me wonder if I got what I ordered.

They never shipped the first one ordered and took forever to respond to repeated requests to track or replace lost one. Not impressed at all.

Rating + 1 Doesn't stand behind their product

I bought a variety pack of CISINKS ink with 3 colors, 1 small black, and 1 large black cartridge for our Canon MG5420 printer. The ink generally seems to work fine, but one of the cartridges wouldn't light up (the LED on the cartridge that indicates the printer has recognized it). Couldn't print with that cartridge because the printer couldn't identify that it was there. I contacted CISINKS and it wasn't too long before they replied via email explaining how the problem probably was just a bad circuit board on that ink cartridge and they asked me if I'd be OK with them sending me a new circuit board and me swapping it out on my bad cartridge. I told them that would be great and they should send it right away. That was the last I ever heard from them, and that was a MONTH ago. No circuit board arrived, and even after I emailed two more times to follow up with them, NO REPLY and NO CIRCUIT BOARD. Based on my experience I would have to say you should avoid this seller.

I was accidentally shipped the wrong size filament 1.75mm instead of 3.0mm. When I contacted new egg about it they said contact CISINKS. So I did trying to get a simple exchange for the product I ordered. It has now been 5 days since and I have had no reply. I feel like I am getting the run around here.

Great customer service thru email and on the phone, solid product printing with it and looks as good as the original HP ink cartridges that i was using.
I can tell you this thing is awesome Continuous Ink Supply System will save you a lot of money, this is totally worth it.

RMA Policy
    15% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns. Shipping fee is not refundable. Buyers are responsible for any damage or loss caused by installing or using our products improperly. The Buyer will be resposible for shipping to ship any return items back at their expense. Ink bottles cannot be refunded or exchanged once they are opened.

    All returns must have the original packaging.If item is returned without the original packaging, it will be refused and sent back to the original shipping address.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
