Rating + 1 shipping incomplete

I only received 1 of 2 items and this seller does not mention any back order on the packing slip today. Why not?
Besides waiting almost 2-weeks and after they invoiced me...I have to jump through hoops to find out where the missing shipment is and if I'll ever get it in the future or get a credit. Newegg apparently does not monitor these vendors. Don't waste your time!

I received 3 square solar lanterns, they looked fine online & were at the expensive range so I thought they would be fine. I was wrong. 2 of 3 lanterns are defective. I have attempted to get some help with either a refund (or if they can find 2 replacement lanterns that work - that would do). My emails to them bounce back. I contacted them weeks ago and still have no assurance they will issue any kind of refund. Never again.

I ordered a garden gnome from the seller and never received the item that I ordered and PAID for. For whatever reason, according to the UPS shipping history, UPS did not have the correct shipping information. I proactively contacted UPS to give them my address but they said they had to receive it from the seller. I called and tried to contact the seller to resolve the issue but got an answering machine for me to leave my name, number, & a message. The seller never returned my call. I called Newegg customer service, who was very helpful and pleasant but due to a lack of action on the seller's part, my RMA got cancelled. This refund has required additional time and action on my part, just to get MY money back. This seller is TERRIBLE. I will never buy anything from this seller again. If you're thinking about buying something from them DON'T and save yourself the time and aggravation.

Very good seller. The product I ordered arrived damaged, and once I emailed them through Newegg instead of using the customer service number in their return policy they were very prompt with a response and helpful about replacing the item.

RMA Policy
    Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
    We will gladly give you the option of refunding or reshipping any defective product or an incorrectly shipped item returned within 30 days of shipment. Once we receive the item and find it to be defective, we will immediately refund both the product cost and any shipping cost.

    If a product is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please call us at 804.363.7646 to learn the details on how to ship back to us for a return or an exchange. If it appears the damage was created by the shipping carrier, please hold the original carton and shipping boxes for inspection.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
