Normally I'm not the type to leave a review, but I've had a contrasting experience compared to what others who have reviewed have seen, so I guess this is my way of saying thank you. I was skeptical like most when ordering 2 refurbished iPhone 5's (great deals by the way). They arrived in 4-5 days on standard shipping. They came in better condition than what I was expecting. So far it's been a week and I have been extremely happy with both phones - no issues, no missing features, no problems. If you're looking for a quality refurb I would recommend going with Mobile Karma.

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but my phone arrived in the condition as described. The screen was mint and the overall condition was great. Phone works perfectly. The phone shipped the very next day and arrived quickly. Happy with the transaction

Product was mislabeled and ive now been waiting 16 days 4 of which were weekends but still have not received any refund.. and im sure they will still try and charge me the 30% restocking fee even tho it was their mistake! Will never
shop with mobile karma again.

Rating + 5 LOVE.

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday. It's the phone she researched and wanted. I found the best price here on New Egg. She is very pleased with her phone. All we had to do was order a Sim card from Straighttalk and we were good to go. The phone is a refurb and she hasn't had any issues. I feel good about her going away to school and having a good phone with her, that she loves. The price, the shipping, and the phone itself was all great. I contacted the seller prior to buying with questions and the response time was excellent and my questions were answered. Thank you!

Rating + 4 Sketchy Success

I needed an iphone replacement for my wife's broken one, and this seemed like an option. It arrived in good shape, however there was no sim card inside. I needed it for the Sprint network, the IMEI was a Verizon IMEI, but I was able to get it cataloged and put in at Sprint, use my Sprint SIM from the old phone and it actually worked... however there were no instructions for this... Also before inserting the SIM you can tell it was a Verizon phone when you tried to call out it hit the verizon network. It took about 2 days for Sprint to provision the phone because it wasn't originally on their network, but it was successful and so far it's been working well.

purchased a 'refurb' iphone... it's not a year old, but 2 years, runs on 3G...refurbs are usually from manufacture, or look like it couldve been- the center button is scratched up, the toggle to silence is so dirty I didn't see the orange. AND worst yet- a CHIP in the glass!!! soo not refurb quality

Would you like to exercise this warranty? I see no correspondence from you indicating an issue of any kind? We can not resolve an issue if we are not aware there is one. I you received a product in the condition you are indicating then please let us address this and resolve it for you?

This order was not my usual experience with Newegg. Although the order was undamaged the box lacked sufficient packing. The box was 2x2x12, the iPad was in a padded envelope and the charger was just placed in the box, that was all the packing. Previous orders have usually arrived within 1 or 2 days. This one took about a week, within the posted delivery date but not what I've come to expect from Newegg.

First phone had a loose charge port, second had defects in the glass where it was attached to the underlying circiuts -- the second RMA required i pay to send it back, so i asked about it, and never heard back. ended up keeping the phone, but would never use this company again. Apparently i couldn't have gotten a 3rd phone, anyway, because they didn't have any more in that condition (refurb/like new). Individuals were helpful when i spoke with them, but NEVER got back to me (i'm guessing they were overworked) Also, this is a sub-company - everything I dealt with mentioned "Recellular" (shipping labels, invoice, emails, etc)

RMA Policy
    We offer a 30 day warranty on most items and a 60 day replacement, please check the listing for specific warranty details. If you believe the item you received is not as described, please notify us within 10 days of the delivery date. If a product is defective, a replacement (providing stock of the exact make/model/color/condition is available) or a refund may be offered if we are contacted within the specified warranty period within the listing. Please contact us for a RMA # (Return Materials Authorization) prior to returning any item. Obtaining a RMA# is the only way to ensure a refund will be processed. Should any of the included accessories (i.e. battery/wall charger/back cover) not work properly, please contact us so we can send you a replacement. No refunds will be offered if we are not contacted within the warranty period. The item being returned must be received in the same condition as when it left our facility. If the returned item is missing any internal stickers or serial number information, a refund will not be issued. Buyer pays return postage for most returns. RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
