It's been three weeks, and my package still not received.

Both the end vendor (Toy Store Inc) and intermediate vendor (New Egg) were contact, no response received.

Starting dispute process with credit card company.

Very disappointed. My kids were looking forward to this!

Very poor service from this seller. Charged me, but never got my item. Made me miss my grandson's birthday. This game is all he wanted!

Rating + 1 Seller is Unresponsive

At first, they responded immediately to my Q+A question about their product. Then, the product they sent me conflicted with the information they told me (it was the wrong item all together), and then responded no none of my several emails regarding returning and refunding the item. This is unacceptable in my opinion, and I wish they would own up to their mistake and attempt to remedy it as fast as possible.

Rating + 1 I would rate a zero if I could

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I ordered from this seller a month ago. They never sent my item and when I contacted them they said it was sent, which is a lie, because my tracking says so. They will not respond anymore, and neither has Newegg themselves. Awful awful awful! I am still trying to get a refund to no avail! STAY OFF THIS SITE. SCAMMERS.

Rating + 1 Scam Artists

I ordered an item from Toy Store Inc. on 01/27/15.
I was then notified that item was shipped on 02/02/15.
There was no valid tracking number for shipment.
On 02/18/15 I had yet to receive ordered item.
Contacted Newegg who in turn contacted Toy Store Inc. via e-mail.
Toy Store Inc. is now attempting to refund me my money.

Possible Scam Artists!

RMA Policy
    A RMA must be processed within 30 days of your order date. The return package must be received within 30 days of the order date. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. The item must be brand new and in the same condition that was shipped to you. If the item is opened, a refund will not be processed. Customers pay for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the return package, it will be inspected and a refund will be processed for the item. Original shipping and handling costs are not refunded.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
