Rating + 5 Was there when the item didn't work.

These guys did a great job of being there when the item didn't work like we needed it too. There have been issues with their responses being filtered out from Newegg so correspondence can be tricky so you may need to call!

Does not deserve any star unless minus, I have been trying for three days to get a RMA and nothing, looks like many people are in the same boat based on what I have read in reviews, so I will never get involved with them again.

This company sold me 2 products and one was defective. I sent them an email within a day of receipt of the defective product indicating that I wanted an exchange and no response. Let the buyer beware!

Item did not work with my satellite TV unit. I contacted seller twice for RMA, waiting 2 weeks each time for response...none! Good thing my credit card has purchase protection and I will be getting my money back. BUYER BEWARE!!

Rating + 1 poor customer service!!!

I'm a long time customer of newegg.com because of their fast shipping and great customer service but I'm very disappointed that newegg has partnered with ShopTronics. ShopTronics reflects poorly on newegg and newegg should drop them as a partner. Their seller profile says "...dedicated to...best service possible!" which is entirely false. They never replied to my e-mails and when I called, they seemed annoyed. I'm still waiting almost 3 weeks for my refund!
