Rating + 1 Beware of this supplier!!!

I ordered 2 of the Zelher Bluetooth headsets from them. One of them came in DOA, and I notified them immediately. They sent me a note back saying to send it back with the attached label, but there was no label. They DB ROTH said it must have been removed by my e-mail. That does not happen. I'm extremely well versed in computers and I've never had an issue. I told them to put it in a .zip file and/or send it to my other e-mail account. They did neither, and now they will not return my e-mails. Look on-line at all the other complaints about DB Roth. I wish I would have. I'm disappointed that NewEgg would potentially damage their reputation by working with these people. I will be filing a claim against NewEgg's Marketplace guaranty. If that doesn't work, I'll call my CC company to reverse thecharges. DON'T BUY FROM DB Roth, they are a not reputable!!!!!

Rating + 2 Sales order 229408438 with DBRoth

DBRoth shipped the wrong size product to me. I ordered the 16" clock and a 12" clock was shipped instead. I placed the order on 10/26/2013 and it did not ship until 10/29/2013. The 12" clock is great and looks good...BUT the over all experience was very poor. DBRoth has great products and newegg pricing on DBRoth products is great. That will be the only reason I might buy a DBRoth product again.

When I opened the camera tripod I ordered it was covered in mold inside of the plastic wrapping. I contacted the seller and they promptly refunded my money, one classy organization over there at DBRoth and NewEgg of course. Thanks guys!

The Smoking Gun!

Rating + 4 My first market place ordered item!

The filter was received as it was expected to be, in good condition and properly matches the item ordered, but took one egg off not so much for the product but the failure to advise that these items will not only ship independently of your order, but are also not charged until it has shipped, for which, if you do not keep accurate records in your online banking and use your checking account debit card, then it may give a false sense of your working balance for the period between placing the order and being charged by NEWEGG for THEIR ITEMS, which had me thinking I paid the entire amount at this time, only to find out that when it shipped a few days later (after receiving all the other items in that order already) at which point the charge then was reflected in my online banking balance, at which point then it became accurate again, but if my balance was down to the wire, it could have risked bouncing a bill payment or similar!

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
